    Jeg startede strikkeåret 2021 ud med lidt til at varme mig i på de vinterdage, som vi forhåbentlig får. Sne og frost i ved.

    Jeg har strikket mig en Hipsterhue og et par Mads Nørgaard vanter, der passer til en rigtig rar og faktisk også ret pæn blå uldfrakke, som jeg har købt brugt.

    Huen var lynhurtigt af pindende, lidt sløvere gik det med vanterne, selv om jeg strikkede og strikkede på dem, men jeg strikkede lige så meget tilbage som frem. Opskriften er født med en kile til tommelfingeren og sådan én har jeg aldrig strikket før, i alle tilfælde ikke i mønsterstrik og der måtte flere forsøg til på begge hænder, før jeg var tilfreds.

    Da jeg havde strikket 2 par med kiletommel, gjorde Liselotte mig opmærksom på, at der på Garnudsalgs side ligger en herlig gratis opskrift på vanter med det, som man vist kalder en norsk tommel. Eller der omkring i alle tilfælde. Viggas vanter hedder de og findes lige her.

    Pinde: 4.5 mm

    Egne krumspring: Har strikket 5 omgange mere før indtagningerne til toppen end opskriften sagde. Jeg har meget store hænder, så det var nødvendigt. Har også strikket et par til Amanda, der har meget lange fingre og de fik også lidt flere omgange. Men jeg er sikker på, at opskriften passer perfekt til en helt almindelig hånd, hvad det så egentlig måtte være for en hånd.

    Jeg tilføjede også en ekstra indtagning i toppen, så jeg sluttede af med 8 m i stedet for de 16, som opskriften siger. Det giver en pænere afslutning, synes jeg.

    Jeg brugte ikke den neon-orange, som var med i kittet, men strikkede i stedet toppen af resten af Pernilla garnet fra hue projektet. Jeg lagde garnet dobbelt og tilføjede en tråd Kashmir Lux i mørk blå. Jeg kan li’ det lidt dæmpede look. Og Amanda har så fået manchetter i den kradse kulør, hun kan altid gemme den oppe i ærmerne, hvis det alligevel bliver for meget med det neon råberi.

    Så altså – varme ører og varme store hænder. Send gerne sne og frost. Meget af begge del, be’ om og tak.

    Dejlige varme sager du har fået strikket dig, og endda lige i tide til, at kunne bruge det mens sneen stadig var der.

      Den forsvandt alt for hurtigt igen, men jeg satser stærkt på, at vi får endnu en omgang. Februar plejer at levere lidt sne.
