I mine svigerforældres have bor der nogle ret betænksomme og velhavende dyr, et enkelt rødt egern, nogle mejser og også en lille muse-familie.
Hvert år traver de byen tynd for at finde gode gaver til os alle sammen, de gør sig umage!

I år havde de været i Heksekosten for at købe til mig, hele 2 lækre hævekurve havde de slæbt hjem, og hvor har jeg bare ønsket mig sådan nogle længe!Jeg har tit stået med dem i hånden, vendt og drejet dem, aet den glatte overflade og tænkt, at sådan en, bare én, skulle man ha’, men jeg har aldrig fået købt en, har måske synes, at prisen for mønstret brød var lidt pebret…

    låner de de dyr ud???? Heksekosten er den der endnu. Nej nu må jeg snart en tur til Silkeborg og handle. Piaf får jo også gode ord med på vejen i JP, måske det er det jeg skulle gøre, handle i Silkeborg og spise på Piaf? Smukt brød for øvrigt netop så smukt at det bliver endnu bedre….

    Uha – de der dyr flytter de ikke snart??
    Jeg har præcis som dig længe ønsket mig bagekurvene. Min “undskyldning” har foruden prisen været opbevaringspladsen, som desværre er begrænset i en 2 værelses……..
    Men altså jeg forstå så udemærket din glæde!

    Neeeejjj , jeg vidste at jeg ikke skulle have slået de mus ihjel – nu får jeg garanteret aldrig en hævekurv 😉

    Min lokale hobbybiks har solgt dem (og gør det måske stadig!) i den mindste runde størrelse – for 49 kr. Selvom jeg havde fået en enkelt i gave, købte jeg straks et par stykker til. Også her bages flittigt! k.h. Mette

    Det ville slet ikke være så tosset med sådan en hævekurv her i huset. Nu har jeg jo langt om længe fået et køkken, og kan genoptage bagningen af brød, som jeg har savnet helt vildt. Vi har en kanon god bager i nærheden, men det er dyrt i længden, og vi savner smagen af hjemmebag. De flinke små dyr har virkelig fortjent en ekstra godbid.

    Det er da nogle vældig flinke dyr! 😉 Nu kan det være, at jeg spiller helt uvidende, men hvordan fungerer sådanne hævekurve? Sætter man dejen til hævning og så direkte i ovnen?

    Altså dyrene lånes ikke ud, vi kan ikke undvære dem 😉

    Anne, Silkeborg forandres så langsommeligt, at meget af det du kender, helt bestemt er der endnu, også Heksekosten som jo er et lille paradis!
    Jeg har været kok på Piaf i to år, og dengang da var det selvfølgelig rigtigt godt 😉

    Jeg bliver så glad for kurvene, de vil blive brugt flittigt, tænk sig hvis de kunne fåes i bolle-størrelse, det ville være flot!

    Karen, de er meget nemme at bruge, når dejen er æltet godt, lægges den i kurven, der er drysset med en ordentlig gang mel, og når hævningen så er forbi, vendes kurven forsigtigt over på bagepladen, et voila 🙂

    Jaaaaaaaaa, sådan nogen ønsker jeg mig også! Sikke nogen betænksomme dyr I har. Hmmmm, gad vide om de lokale gråspurve giver gaver….
