Hjemme hos min farmor står der en af min fasters ungdomsbøger i reolen, en heftig orange sag fyldt med sort-hvide billeder fra den første indspilning af filmen “Forældrefælden”.

Bogen har jeg læste rigtigt mange gange i mine første teenageår, jeg slugte den den ene gang efter den anden, og drømte om, hvordan det måtte være sådan pludselig at finde en søster, som man ikke vidste man havde.

Jeg drømte, at det ville ske for mig, for der var altså ikke meget spas ved at være enebarn, heller ikke selv om det betød voldsom forkælelse, jeg ønskede mig at hele mit hjerte en søster, helt mage til mig.

Jeg fik det som bekendt aldrig, nogen tænker sikkert “Gud ske tak og lov, et eksemplar af hende er mere end rigeligt!”, men jeg kan nu stadig drømme…

For et par år siden købte jeg nyindspilningen af filmen til mine piger, jeg fortalte dem om bogen hos farmor og om, at jeg aldrig havde fået set den første udgave af filmene, for selv om jeg var gammel, så var den alligevel fra før min tid.

Vi har set den sammen meget mere end et par gange, og det er en af de film, som både Amanda og Laura har hevet frem igen og igen, den er god på en regnvejrsdag, siger de og nu har de så også muligheden for at læse og se de gamle billeder fra den sort-hvide film fra ’62.

Jeg fandt den forleden i genbrugsen for bare 2,50, jeg gav med et stort smil en femmer og sagde tak, det er ikke hver dag, at man finder det, som engang gjorde indtryk…

    Uha ja, forældrefælden har jeg også læst…men egentlig aldrig set filmen til ende. Som teenager ønskede jeg nogen gange, nogen af mine mange søskende, hen hvor peberet gror, ….men ville selvfølgelig ikke undvære nogen af dem, alligevel!

    Den bog har jeg også læst! Og fortalt min datter om – så hendes glæde var stor da den nye indspilning af filmen blev vist i fjernsynet i lørdags. Hun syntes den var god, og nu er vi på jagt efter bogen – så jeg misunder dig dit kup..

    Åååh forældrefælden – læste bogen, og set den nyere film mange mange mange gange. Teenageren herhjemme ser ofte filmen, den er nemlig god på en regnvejrsdag.

    Hun har indimellem lovet mig en vandretur med indlagte happenings, jeg er jo den “onde” stedmor.

    Hvor sjovt, den læste jeg også adskillige gange som ganske ung – med samme fascination som dig (min søster er nemlig MEGET yngre, så tænk at finde en tvilling…).
    Jeg har ikke set den nye(re) version, men det kunne da være at den skulle findes frem på et tidspunkt.

    Den bog vækker også barndomsminder her. Den var i mit barndomshjem og jeg har læst den MANGE gange!!! Men jeg er heller ikke heeelt gammel nok til at have set filmen 🙂 Gad vidst, om den kan fås?
