1/2 meter spaghetti…

Sådan cirka da, i alle tilfælde i halvmeters mål, laaaaaange spaghetti’er og ve den, der bare så meget som tænker på at brække dem over, så de nemmere kan kommes i gryden.

Vi skal ha’ en af livretterne i dag, og jeg har været en ond mor og tvunger pigerne til rulleriet, for de der mange mange små sirlige kødboller, de matchede ikke mit tålmodigheds-niveau her til aften.

Trilleriet gik over stok og sten, pigerne var færdige, før jeg fik set mig om, og lige om lidt, så kan vi sætte os ned og nyde at det er fredag, at det er weekend og at der er dømt pige-aften i sofaen…

    Arjjj, kan man stadig få dem – vi elskede de der lange nogen, da vi var unge – ingen knækkeri der 🙂

    Uha ja – kødboller i tomatsauce – efter dejlige Nigella Lawsons opskrift er også en af livretterne her i huset. på dage med god tid og tålmodighed laver jeg kæmpeportioner af både disse og god kødsovs Kogt læææææænge og ed masser af finthakkede grøntsager i, og fryser ned i mængder. Så er der hjemmelavet fastfood, på dage hvor tid og energi er en mangelvare. og duften i huset, når tomatsaucen simrer………… uhm.

    Atter inspireret af dine evner i et køkken, kunne jeg tænke mig at lave kødboller i tomatsovs i aften, men bruger du okse eller svinekød??

    Det er nemlig sådan mad med tomat skal laves, Lone, koge lææææænge og så lige lidt længere!
    Når man først ved det, så er man ikke meget for en kødsovs med bare 20 minutters kogetid 🙂

    Selvfølgelig må du spørge, Laila, altid!!
    I går brugte vi ren okse, andre dage en blanding af skinke- og oksekød, ren skinke har vi endnu ikke prøve, men det kan garanteret også bruges.
    Så der er frit slaw, Laila, og god fornøjelse med det 🙂
