Slentreturen igennem haven bød denne morgen på en rigtig dejlig overraskelse, årets allerførste morgenfrue er lige ved at åbne sig. Jeg elsker duften på blomstens fedtede blade, duften på fingrene efter at ha’ plukket en buket, duften der minder mig om farmors sommerhave, hvor morgenfruerne afløste stedmoderblomsterne præcis på denne tid af sommeren, når jeg kom for at holde sommerferie sammen med far.
Glæden over haven har farmor og jeg delt i alle årene, og i nogle af de gamle breve skriver hun om blomsterne:
“…Morgenfruerne er så søde. Jeg passe godt på dem, men så engang imellem, så styrter regnen ned og slår så hårdt på blomsterne, at de næsten vælter, og så bliver jeg gal, for de skal være flotte, når du kommer.”
Morgenfruer har jeg haft i alle mine haver, og jeg glæder mig til lige om lidt at kunne plukke store buketter og sætte her inde, hvor de lyser rummet op…

De er nemlig rigtigt flotte, har selv hele forhaven fyldt af dem. Jeg forundres hver gang over hvor forskellige de er, tænker at lige præces den dér skal jeg samle frøene fra – men kan selvfølgelig ikke huske hvem der hvem til den tid ;o) kh Linda
Jeg glæder mig også, til mine frø fra Linda endelig giver “afkast” i form af et blomstervæld. Er egentlig ikke så begejstret for gule blomster, men den “ild”, disse skaber samlet i et bed, er flot.

Slentreturen igennem haven bød denne morgen på en rigtig dejlig overraskelse, årets allerførste morgenfrue er lige ved at åbne sig.
