På vej hjem fra en hurtig handle-tur i Silkeborg, kørte jeg forbi en gård med et Loppe-skilt; jeg kørte videre, skulle jo hjem med varerne, hjem og spise sen frokost med familien, meeeeen jeg kunne jo også lige…

Og det gjorde jeg så, altså vendte bilen og ræsede tilbage til gården!

Det var mere lort end lagkage, men dog alligevel noget guld, og for bare 125.- blev jeg ejer af denne søde bænk.
Den er næsten 100 år gammel, og havde stået i den nærliggende lille bys forsamlingshus, og indtil vi gider sætte en rystepudser på den, og give den en hvid gang interiør-lak, der kommer den til at stå som den er…

Og værktøjet kommer i alle tilfælde ikke frem i dag, vi dovner den, og indtil jeg skal lave aftensmad, ja der skal jeg bare flyde, jeg bliver bedre til det efterhånden!

    Jeg havde da gerne betalt det dobbelte, men det vidste de jo ikke, og bare sådan for konceptets skyld, da pruttede jeg den da også lidt ned 😉

    skøøøøøn bænk, næsten synd at fikse den op.
    kattekillingerne er jo stadigvæk helt igennem bedårende dejlige, jeg er bange for at jeg har forelsket mig, den grå der ligner missemor eller en lys-grå-strib. Jeg skal bare lige ha brugt lidt kvindelist.

    Det er jo blevet moderne, at ting ser slidte ud. “Patina” hedder det, har jeg ladet mig fortælle – så måske skal den slet ikke pudses om males op?

    Denne her bænk er altså lige i overkanten shabby til at den er chik 😉
    Jeg kan godt li’ at kigge bligreportager fra “slidte” hjem med roser og hvidt i hvidt, men jeg kan ikke selv bo sådan.
    Ting må gerne være slidte og gamle, men denne bænk ville ende med at falde fra hinanden, hvis der ikke bliver puslet lidt om den, og det ville da være synd.
    Men den kommer nu nok til at stå sådan her en tid endnu, vi har mange andre projekter…

    den bænk er bare et fund…. og den var rørende billig.

    dine misser er så nuttede….og lige nu er jeg bare så glad for, at du bor i DK og jeg i USA for ellers havde jeg sørme da lagt en bestilling ind på en lille mis!……men vi rejser altså for meget og for længe af gangen til at have kat i huset.

    Fed bænk, sådan nogle fund sætter jeg altid, så jeg kan gå og kigge på dem maaange gange i starten af vores bekendtskab, det er så fedt. :o)

    Jeg faldt lige over din blog.
    Du har da gjort et skoop af en bænk og den ser bare så dejlig ud som den er, så jeg ville bare hører hvorfor den skal pudses ned?
    Er den nusset? Eller er du ikke god til maling der skalder?

    Der er jo en masse andre muligheder end at bruge timer med en rystepudser.

    Hej Kamilla, og velkommen her!
    Bænken er gammel, og for ikke at den skal gå i stykker, så bliver vi nødt til at fikse de enkelte skader den har, ellers ender den med at falde fra hinanden, og det ville være ærgerligt.

    Jeg er nok ikke rigtigt shabby-chik-typen, men lige denne her bænk den var ikke til at stå for, og jeg kan godt holde ud at ha’ en enkelt “skaldet” ting, så vi får se, om det bliver en hovedrenovering eller bare lidt lapperier.
