Det er synd for min mand, hans mad-drømme opfyldes sjældent, og når det endelig sker, er det oftest med slet skjult mishag fra kokken!

Jeg er ikke ret meget til dansk mad, sådan af den solid lidt gammeldags slags, sovs og kartofler frister mig kun en gang hver anden måned, og da jeg laver alt maden her i huset, ja så er det ikke tit, at hans sovse-lyst bliver stillet…

Den sauce jeg laver, den hænger ikke så godt ved kartoflerne, og når de så oven i købet heller ikke ret tit er af den autoriserede hvide kogte af slagsen, ja så er der ikke meget ved det!

Men i dag var han meget tilfreds og meget mæt, han fik en af livretterne med en hel balje sovs til, og Sophie holdt ham med selskab i nedsvælgningen af den brune, for hun siger aldrig nej tak til en middag af den slags…

Med årene er Torben heldigvis blevet mere og mere “afhængig” af min slags mad, så nu kan der godt gå nogle uger, inden han begynder at messe “Sovs, sovs, sovs, sovs og en lille kartoffel”, men den tid den sorg….

    Ikeas er gode nok i en snæver vending, og vi snupper altid en pose med hjem.
    Men disse her er altså hjemmelavede, sirligt rullede i hånden med masser af kærlighed, for han skulle jo forkæles efter en hård arbejdsuge!

    Det er da ikke flovt, Lone, det havde været noget nemmere med dem fra posen, men nu skulle han jo forkæles 😉
