Tænd ovnen på120 gr.
Pisk æggehviderne helt stive, tilsæt eddiken godt igennem.
Tilsæt sukkeret lidt efter lidt, og pisk indtil massen er helt tyk og meget hvid.

Smelt halvdelen af chokoladen og afkøl det.
Den anden halvdel hakket groft og vendes i marengsmassen sammen med kokosmelet.
Til sidst vendes den smeltede chokolade i med let hånd, lad der være striber af chokolade i den hvide masse.

Sæt massen på bageplade med 2 spiseskeer, og bag de himmelske klatter i ca. 40 min.

    jeg er lige stået op …..og hold da helt ferie, hvor det frister at bage sådanne nogle marengser til formiddagskaffen.

    Det er jeg ikke så sikker på, Bettina, så tror jeg, at du skal nedjustere mængden af chokolade samtidig med.
    Mængden af det tørre kokos er med til at holde på ‘laden, måske kan det gå, hvis du nøjes med at choppe og ikke smelte.
    Tænk også på, at portionen bliver en del mindre, så lav ikke så mange klatter…

    Er de stadig gode efter 24 timer – og kunne man improvisere med nogle nødder i dejen og putte dem i muffinsforme, så de er en slags muffins?

    De er helt fine efter 24 timer, Mia Sofie, de skal bare opbevares tørt.
    Jeg synes ikke umiddelbart du skal kaste dig ud i at forvandle dem til muffins, så er det da bedre at finde en opskrift på makronmuffins eller hvad de kaldes, synes jeg…

    Har bagt dem, og de smager fantastisk. Men synes, de bliver ret store. Skal de bages kortere tid, hvis der eks. laves 20 ud af en portion i stedet for 12?
