Det er ikke så meget af vores mad, der når bloggen, men vi spiser altså, godt og stadig hver dag.
Jeg når bare aldrig dertil, hvor jeg får tænkt blog-tanker eller fotograferet retterne, vi spiser bare.

Men i dag tænkte jeg faktisk, at denne hurtige torsdags-ret måske burde deles, den er supernem og faktisk også ret god. Det er lige så hurtigt at lave denne ret, som at beslutte sig for, hvad for noget mad man vil hente ude i byen, tage overtøj på, ud i bilen, hente, betale og køre hjem igen og pakke maden ud.
Jeg siger det bare.

Måske er butterdejen ikke så politisk korrekt i et sundhedsperspektiv, men som et alternativ til fedtet take-away så vil jeg mene, at den alligevel har sin berettigelse. Man bestemmer i det mindste selv kvaliteten af det, som stuves inden i.
Så her kommer anvisningerne på pirogger til dovne eller travle dage…

Til 6 pirogger:
1 pk butterdej
1-2 pakker god kogt skinke, vi bruger den italienske
1 pk friskost
1 glas pesto
Frisk grønt, brug evt hvad der i forvejen er i køleskabet, skær i små tern, så det ikke prikker hul i dejen.
Æg til pensling
Evt nigella til drys

Tomatsauce
1 løg
3 fed hvidløg
1 ds cherrytomater
Lidt fløde
1/2 bdt frisk basilikum

Salat og ris/brød

Læg butterdejen til optøning på køkkenbordet, efter 10 minutter kan pladerne tages fra hinanden og spredes ud og så går det endnu hurtigere.
Mens dejen tør, sættes tomatsaucen over.

Snit løg og hvidløg og sauter det let i olie.
Hæld tomaterne på og spæd op med vand, brug dåsen til at fylde vandet i med, så får man også det sidste fra dåsen med. Brug ca 1/2 ds vand.
Kog kog kog for moderat varme, mens piroggerne laves og bages.

Til piroggerne rulles dejen ud i kvadrater, fyldet lægges på, ca en barneskefuld ost og samme grønt og så en tsk pesto ud over, lidt salt og peber og kanterne pensles så med sammenpisket æg inden sammenfoldning.
Brug en gaffel eller en hård fingerspids til at lukke med.
Mine pirogger i dag får 00 i det kunstneriske udtryk, men det skulle gå tjept og det gjorde det og ingen klagede over de grimme kanter.

Mens piroggerne bager ca 20 min ved et par hundrede grader laves tilbehøret færdigt.
Saucen koges igennem med et skvæt fløde og smages til med salt, friskkværnet peber og en lille snis sukker.

Bland en sprød frisk salat til, en god ikke for dominerende, lad hellere smagen fra piroggerne og saucen dominere.
Vores salat i dag bestod af blandede blade, finthakket agurk, løg og snackpeber og så lidt frisk mynte.

Det tog ikke mere end 40 minutter fra start til slut.
Ama’r halshug og det smagte meget meget dejligt…

    Det ser skønt ud. Og i virkeligheden er der ret meget mad, der kan laves lige så hurtigt, som man kan bestille og hente.
    Men så er der lige det med opvasken….

      Opvasken kan ind imellem få lov at vente lidt, Eva, jeg er begyndt at tage den tidligt om morgenen mens jeg vågner og sipper min første kop te, det fungerer så fint…
