Vejret er ikke til gullaschsuppe i bålgryden, sådan som vi ellers rigtigt godt kan li’ at tilberede den.

Billederne er fra en af de havedage, hvor forplejningen blev tilberedt ude, mens vi knoklede løs med planter og sten.

Sådan en dag er det ikke i dag, i dag er det indevejr.

Og komfuret må holde for, hvis suppen ikke skal blive for tynd med alt det vand, der kommer ned fra oven.

Og helt ærligt –

jeg er heller ikke så meget spejder, at jeg gider at stå i røget fra et osende bål.

Så derfor komfur…

Men det skal ikke ta’ glæde eller smagen ud af en himmelske suppe, rygende hot på flere måder, med masser af smag og kraft fra godt oksekød, kartofler og pastinakker og en hel masse peberfrugter.

Jeg har vist allerede en dråbe mundvand hængende uklædeligt i den ene mundvig.

Med kølig klat på toppen og godt groft brød til.

    Det lyder sørme lækkert. En klassisk omgang spaghetti med kødsovs står den på her, og det kan også få lidt mundvand til at løbe.
    Juleforberedelserne i indlægget nedenunder ser dejlige ud. Lige denne tid elsker jeg. Forventning, hygge, varme, travlhed. Og tanken om julemarkeder af den gode slags med hjemmelavede julerier, det er altså bare godt.

    Uhmmm savner min mand lige nu.. Han laver – uden sammenligning – den bedste gullaschsuppe (man må gerne være subjektiv, ikk)

    Det er min nr. et livret.. og kan spise det hele året og lige så tit, han gider lave det 🙂

    Mums, det lyder lækkert. Rigtig regnvejrsmad.

    Vi har i dag rygrad som regnorme, og har en sjælden gang droppet hjemmelavet mad, og byttet ud med fedtede burgere og fritter…. Godt man har månedskort til “fitteren” 😉

    Jeg elsker gullasch suppe! Her laves den efter opskriften fra Café Europas kogebog, men jeg tror ikke, at den er langt fra din indbydende suppe.

    Lækker, lækker suppe som nok er allerbedst i den smukke gryde over bålfadet. Jeg er helt solgt til hjertet der på siden. Sådan én bliver jeg nok nød til at ønske mig.

    Jeg ELSKER simremad her om efteråret… endda mere end om vinteren! Det gør bare overgangen til de kolde måneder lidt mere overkommelige. Og jeg er pjattet med Gullash-suppe… jeg er solgt og må snarest have min suppegryde frem – ikke på bålet, men bare her på komfuret 🙂
