Friske lasagneplader, god hakket okse og lidt snydesauce til både top og bund, så var vi kørende med en ret så lækker gang aftensmad.

Mens retten brunede og dampede i ovnen blev der snittet til en gang tomatsalat med brutale løg og spids olie-eddike, og sammen med en stang af bagerens italienske brød var salaten en god ledsager til Canneloni’en.

Her kommer lige en lille opskrift på lynudgaven af en god klassisk pastaret, smid et par enkelte italienske gloser ved serveringen og ingen vil opdage, at du har sprunget over et lidt lavere gærde end ellers.

Vil du absolut knokle og svede i det sommervarme køkken og lave tomat- og mornaysauce fra bunden, så værsgo, hyg dig med det, eller også brug købe-udgaverne for en enkelt gangs skyld og snup et ekstra glas vino på terrassen i den sparede tid…

Dyrholmsk canneloni til 4-5 sultne mennesker

500 g. hakket okse med fornuftig fedtprocent

Lidt olie til stegning

2 hakkede friske rødløg

5-6 store fed hvidløg

2 røde pebre i små tern

1 spsk oregano

200 gram frisk spinat

200 gram hytteost

1 stort æg

3 store spsk friskrevet parmesan

Salt og friskkværnet peber

 

1/2 glas Svansø pastasauce med hvidløg – fundet i Netto i dag til nærmest ingenting

Revet mozarella

1 pk friske lasagneplader 300 gram

1 brik Mornay

Revet parmesan til at toppe med

 

Løg og kød sauteres i hed olie; peberfrugt, oregano og hvidløg tilsættes og gives et par minutter i kødet før den friske spinat lægges ned ovenpå.

Dæk gryden med låg og lad spinaten dampe i et kort øjeblik.

Vend kød og spinat sammen og smag til med salt og peber og lad det køle let af, før æg, hytteost og parmesan tilsættes.

Smør tomatsaucen ude i bunden af et stort ildfast fad og drys en håndfuld mozarella på.

Del nu lasagnepladerne i to, og læg et par skefulde kød på hver og rul så sammen på den lange led.

Læg pastarullerne tæt i tomatsaucen i fadet, sørg for at de ligger sådan at de ikke åbner sig og så lige lidt revet mozarella på.

Hæld nu så meget mornaysauce på, som du synes, at du kan være bekendt og måske også tåle, og slut så af med et ordenligt riv frisk parmesan.

Ind i ovnen ved et par hundrede grader i 40 minutter og så er det bare at gå ombord i herlighederne.

    Pladerne bruges som de er, Birthe, men det går jo nok ikke hvis man bruger de go’e gamle hårde plader, de skal forkoges. Bøvlet, så snup de friske i stedet…

    Hej Anne
    Jeg vil lave din lækre ret til familien i aften – men hvordan ialverden deler du lasagnepladerne i to uden at de bliver meget små? Måske er det bare mig der ikke er helt skarp 🙂 Iøvrigt tusinde tak for en fantastisk blog (min yndlings).

    Nå, Dorthe, nu er det ved at være over aftensmadstid, så mon ikke du har fundet ud af et eller andet?!
    De plader, jeg brugte forleden, var ret store i det, købte dem i Føtex, Pasta Julia hed de vist.
    jeg delte dem for at få balance mellem pasta- og kødmængde, det kan godt blive for meget at gnaske sig igennem et ordentligt lag pasta, synes jeg.

    Håber, at du fandt din egen måde at canneloni’e på og så tak for dine søde ord om bloggen 🙂
