Det har bare været én af de dage, du ved!

Sådan én, som man tænker, der helst ikke skal være for mange af, hvis man skal holde til sit job.

Èn af den slags dage, hvor verden omkring én buldrer og brager, og alle ønsker noget, som man ikke kan love og det man kan gi’, det vil de ikke ha’.

Slid og slæb og en hel masse modstand, som man skal være lynhurtig og knivskarp for at komme udenom.

Bare én af den slags dage…

Jeg er mast og mere end brugt.

Men jeg kender heldigvis en god kur på træthed og mismod.

En gratis og lynhurtig omgang, der efterlader mig lettere om hjertet og med friske tanker på øverste etage.

Som giver fornyet energi og smil om munden.

Også på min store bløde hund.

Eftermiddagstur i hundeskoven er god medicin mod det meste, det er i alle tilfælde vanskeligt at gå og mukke ret længe, når man løfter blikket og møder skønne stier, drivende skyer, et stykke med blåt og susende grene.

Jeg har trasket hele området igennem, jeg har bandet en lille smule og sparket til en jordknold, det har hjulpet, jeg er frisk og god igen.

Gennemluftet og klar til at kaste mig ud i aftensmadskogeriet…

    Øv, hvor er jeg ked af at læse, at din dag har været sådan. Min har også været rigtig mandag-agtig på den trælse måde. :-/ Men godt at høre, at du fandt en vej ud… selv tror jeg terapien bliver lidt hyggeblogging og et par strikkepinde i sofaen i aften. 😉

      Øv ja, Erika, men det er i orden og ikke til at undgå, når man arbejder, som jeg gør. De fleste jeg møder i forbindelse med mit job er jo mennesker i en eller anden form for krise, så jeg ved, at der ind imellem er øretæver i luften.

      Lad os viske vores trælse mandag ud med pinde og blød sofa. Hyg dig med det…

    Hvor er det godt at du har et sådant sted at komme ud i, så du kan få “luft i systemet”. Jag tror det har vaeret en maerklig mandag for flere – også mig…
    Men vi kommer tilbage igen med nye friske krafter – ikke osse?

    Kender det Anne, og bruger også samme kur som dig, den virker. Derfor er jeg SÅ glad for mit nye job, hvor jeg kan cykle eller gå hjem alt efter hvor træls dagen har været. Man for i hvert fald taget toppen af frustrationerne på vej hjem.

    Det hjælper at rase ud, når man har den slags dage. En tur i en hundeskov samt lidt banderi, lyder som en god medicin.

    Læbge leve hunde, som er ligeglade med, at vi brummer og sparker, mens vi trasker – det hjælper så helt og aldeles meget, gør det.

      Du kan da strikke både taske og hund, Karina og så smutte i hundeskoven helt uden forstyrrelser og skræk for, om de andre brugere nu har styr på deres hunde…
