FREDAGSBØFFER PÅ EN FØDSELSDAGSSØNDAG…

Dagens fødselsdagsbarn har ikke samme interesse for køkkenudskejelser, som hendes mor og hendes søstre har.

Hun kunne sikkert leve længe af ingenting, hvis hun selv havde ansvaret for indkøb og tilberedning.

Beder jeg hende om hjælp til madlavning, så finder hun 238 undskyldninger og hvis jeg endelig får hende hevet til gryderne, ja så fordufter hun ret hurtigt og stille som en Ninja….

For nogle uger siden blev jeg indviet i, hvordan hun har tænkt sig at overleve, når hun engang skal flytte hjemmefra:

“Moar – det første jeg køber, når jeg får min egen lejlighed, er en mega fryser!

Så kommer jeg hjem til dig hver søndag og spiser, og skal du lave små lækre poser og bokse med mad, som jeg skal ha’ med hjem i fryseren!”

“Hmmmmmmm…”

“Og hvis jeg så ikke har noget af det, så skal jeg kun ha’ salat!

Kun salat med lidt brød til!!

Til hverdag altså!”

“Hmmmmmm…”

Kan i høre mor, der læser i avis og trænger til lidt fred i hovedet??

“Men så om fredagen, ikk’ å’, så skal jeg saft suseme bare ha’ en stor fed bøf.

En mega én.

Hver fredag!

Jeg elsker bare sådan en stor mør bøf!”

Så i dag lavede vi søndag om til fredag, og lod som om, at vi bare havde spist salat hele ugen, og så kom der ellers store bøffer på panden.

Store møre bøffer, som engang sad på ryggen af en kleppert af en Charolais, der levede det gode liv på Torbens fætter Bjarnes marker og blev passer og plejet og fodret med det bedste af det bedste.

Store svedige bøffer stegt på en gloende grillpande og så serveret med en enkel salat, ristede svampe, små nye kartofler og bjerge af cremet feta.

Så enkelt og så godt.

    Sådan en pige har jeg også derhjemme, hun fylder bare atten i stedet for femten. Hun bruger også mange undskyldninger for ikke at skulle hjælpe i køkkenet. Hun foreslog en dag, at når hun engang flytter hjemmefra, så vil hun komme hver søndag og hente “Røde Kors” pakker 🙂 Hun elsker røde bøffer og jeg er ikke i tvivl om, at hun kunne holde fredag hver dag, hvis det stod til hende :-))

    Min ældstepige kommer til Ærø et par dage i Påsken – og hun har samme lyst.. hun skal også ha en stor rød bøf..

    Jeg har også sådan et “tøssebarn” – de finder som regel: “manden laver maden”…
