Havreboller...

Der findes i hundredevis af denne slags nemme boller rundt omkring på nettet, men det afholder altså ikke mig fra at smide dem op her i dag, hvor jeg igen er godt tilfreds med at kunne spise lune morgenstykker uden noget arbejde overhovedet.

Dejen skal ikke æltes, bare røres med en ske og den er faktisk så blød og medgørlig at selv et ret lille barn vil kunne føre røreskeen.

Så måske kunne det være en opgave for junior lørdag efter aftensmaden, at røre en dej mens mor og far rydder op og væk efter maden, det er dejligt at føle at man gør en indsats og en forskel der batter, det der med at ha’ ansvaret for skraldespanden er måske knap så cool…

Opskriften kommer i alle tilfælde lige her, og så er der jo frit valg i forhold til om det er mor-som-altid-klarer-den-slags eller om en af de andre i familien, der tager føregreb på en slev.

16-18 stk.

7 dl koldt vand

25 g gær

1 spsk honning

1 tsk salt

3 spsk olie

4 dl havregryn

750 g mel  Hylden hen, tag hvad der er, men sørg for balance mellem det helt grove og det finere, ellers ender du med kanonkugler.

Gæren røres ud i det kolde vand i en stor skål og derefter røres resten af ingredienserne i.

Skålen dækkes med film og sættes i køleskabet natten over.

Næsten morgen klattes dejen med 2 skeer over på en plade.

Efterhæves mens ovnen varmes op til 220 grader og bages derefter i ca 15 min.

    Nej, det kan ikke være nemmere ;-). Jeg bager nogen boller næsten magen til – og jeg vil blot tilføje, at du med fordel kan halvere mængden af gær. Det giver en lidt sej og superlækker krumme.

    Man kan sagtens bruge mindre gær, Bente, og det gør jeg også tit, men lige til de her boller, så passer det “bløde” bid faktisk udemærket.

    Tak for opskriften – 4 melposer er tømt, det gjorde godt at få renset ud i lageret 😉
    Og børnene har netop bebudet, at de boller vil de gerne have med i madpakken – og den censur er ellers skrap, når det handler om grovboller!
