Julelys...

Mine intentioner om ikke at lade mig julestresse blev så godt som overholdt, men lad mig bare sige, at det gik virkelig virkelig tjept i går, da jeg bevægede mig rundt ude i verden for at julehandle.

Så stærkt, at det ikke var en skid hyggeligt, men det havde jeg sådan set godt regnet ud, at det ikke ville blive, man skubber ikke ALLE juleindkøb til d.23. og får samtidig en salig fredelig oplevelse af inderlig og fredfyldt handel med blide smil og snedrys på.

Nej – det man får er hardcore målrettet blik, faste skridt fra butik til butik og så et glødende betalingskort på grænsen til nedsmeltning…

Men der blev handlet, intet mangler, hverken i madafdelingen eller i stakken af gaver. Intet var udsolgt og det gik smertefrit med at strege sig ned gennem listerne.

Det gik, men det var godt nok nogle intense timer…

Lillejuleaften i fuld galop med isnende køligt overblik.

Det var i går, og det skal aldrig gentage sig, det blev første, sidste og eneste gang, at Hr. og Fru her på adressen lader deres december fylde af så meget arbejde.

Aldrig aldrig mere!

Men nu er det lige meget, for det hele gik jo som det skulle, og nu sidder jeg bare her i det morgenstille julehus og nyder at pakke ind og sippe kaffe.

De andre bobler ovenpå, men snart skal de purres, så de kan være klar, når Bedste og Farfar kommer for at ønske glædelig jul.

Hvis vi er heldige, så har de Sophie med i bilen, det ville være dejligt, for julehyggefaktoren kommer ikke rigtigt på max, før hendes stemme også lyder ud i huset.

Alt bliver godt, alt bliver hyggeligt og hjertevarmt.

Julen nåede os alligevel – også selvom vi kom lidt sidelæns herhen…

    I mål kom I, men det er ikke sundt for hverken fysik eller sjæl, når man er nødt til at komme det sidelæns, fordi fokus er nødt til at ligge andre steder. I ER i mål – og rigtig glædelig jul til jer allesammen – jeg glæder mig til at ses snart 🙂

    Kære Anne, godt at høre at du nu kan holde jul. kan forstå at det har været en streng december, du skrev jo også tidligere på måneden om “tid”.
    Jeg fandt en bog: “Ti tanker om tid” til dig der har alt – undtagen tid. Den er skrevet af Bodil Jönsson og ser ud til at give nogle spændende og brugbare vinkler på begrebet.
    Hun giver praktiske råd og vink og hun taler for de værdier i livet, som er skjult bag den overtegnede kalender. (sakset fra bagsiden)
    Jeg har ikke selv læst den endnu, men måske kan du finde et par fif.

    Det er overhovedet ikke sundt, Liselotte, og det kan tydeligt mærkes indeni, men nu er det ferie og dagene til rådighed rigelige, så vi vil finde vores gode ro indeni, den der hjælper os igennem de stormomsuste dage.

    Glædelig Jul … ja jeg kan jo kende mig selv der. Sådan var december desværre også for mig …. Mit nytårsforsæt er: relax, work less, enjoy and play more in 2010 …. og nyde mere tid med min dejlige 6-årige søn og mand.
    Godt nytår …. og tak for mange kloge ord og sjove ideer i året der næsten er gået.

    Hvad er stress og stressbehandling med mindfulness meditation , jeg tror det kan være noget relevant.
