Eftermiddagsnydning…

De små dyppekager, der blev produceret i køkkenet i eftermiddag, er vel i familie med dem man i USA kalder Snickerdoodles, jeg elsker det ord, men da de nylavede er knap så porøse som dem med det gode navn, så kan vi vel kalde dem Kanelfætre.

Opskriften kommer her, omsat fra cups til gram, så det er sådan-cirka-mål:

225 gram sukker, bruger du flormelis bliver kagerne mere porøse

100 g. blødt smør, og det er Lurpak vi snakker

1 stort æg

1 tsk. vanillesukker

250. g mel

1 1/2 tsk. kanel

1 tsk. bagepulver

1/4 tsk. salt

 

Kanelsukker til at trille i.

Sukker, smør og æg piskes godt sammen, og resten af ingredienserne røres i.

Dejen sættes i køleskabet et par timer, hvis man har tålmodighed, og trilles derefter til små kugler, der rulles i kanelsukker og derefter trykkes let flade på bagepladen.

Vores havde i dag størrelse som godt store hasselnødder, det udløser en bagetid på 8 minutter, laver du dem større, så læg et par minutter til.

    SUPER! ….tak for opskriften – imorgen er det start-på-konfirmationskjole-sy-projektet, og LUR mig om ikke man får brug for en kaffepause eller to, og det ER da skønt med en god lille kage til kaffe-slabberasen, ikke?

    Jeg var nødt til at prøve dem. Åhhh de er bare så lækre. Jeg brugt ½ rørsukker hvilket gør dem yderligere sprøde. De er fantastiske at dyppe i kaffe også.
