    Sjovt, det fik vi også til aften. Jeg fik dog lunhurtigt pisket det sammen og lavet favorittilbehør. Ristet havregryn (ristet i smør og sukker). Er du gal, det må i prøve. Det er bare så lækkert. Man spiser det mens det er varm og så på den kolde-skål …ha ha

    Den er faktisk okay den der fra Hirtshals, når nu man har andre planer.
    Vi lever også af den slags skål fra vejret tillader det, det er super til den hurtige sult og godt når det bare skal være…..

    En hjemmelavet skål er nu helt i top men Hirtshals kan også godt være med. Har aldrig tænkt på at lave kammerjunkerne selv. Selvfølgelig skal det prøves. Har du en god opskrift du vil ud med? Tricket til at lave dem lige store er afluret 😉 Tak for det, Amanda.

    Jeg prøver at have koldskål (eller ingredienserne) i køleskabet hele sommeren, men jeg syn’s altså at det er helt ufattelige mængder der konsummeres af de store drenge, – alt for ofte er der ikke noget tilbage til mig, når jeg lige skulle ha’ en lille “kold snack” så måske jeg skulle prøve om man kunne gemme en Hirtshals inde bagerst…

    Vil du fortelle meg mer om denne koldskål?
    Maria, frøken fryd, om du kjenner henne, hun snakker også om koldskål.
    Vi har noe i Norge vi kaller surmelk og kavring, jeg trodde først det var det samme som koldskål- eller junkere. Men det er det nok ikke.
    Vil du ta deg bryet å introdusere meg for denne danske skikk, den tilhører sommeren, gjør den ikke?

    Ristet havregryn – det prøver vi næste gang, tak for idéen, Rikke 🙂

    Hirtshals laver ganske fine varer, Anne, de mangler bare det røde Ø!
    Den kolde skål er også lækker om eftermiddagen og optager ikke ret meget plads i maven, når man senere når til den “rigtige” aftensmad…

    Vi plejer også altid at ha’ udstyret på køl, Kagekone, men i en snæver vending og med havejord under neglene, der tyede jeg altså til den orange i går, og vi er enige om, at det er en udemærket erstatning for den hjemmelavede…

    Kathrin, koldskål laver jeg af kærnemælk , http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%A6rnem%C3%A6lk, og så tykmælk, http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tykm%C3%A6lk, jeg bruger halvt af hvert, og kommer så sukker, frisk vanillestang og citronsaft i.
    Der er rigtigt mange opskrifter på koldskål, og det er meget forskelligt hvor sødt eller surt folk laver den.

    Man kan også komme moste hindbær eller skiver af friske jordbær i, det er ret lækkert.

    Kammerjunkerne er nogle små hårde “kager”, som man kommer ned i koldskålen, du kan se herover, at Amanda ind imellem bager vores, så måske skulle du prøve hendes opskrift 🙂
    Ellers kan man såmænd også spise koldskålen med corn flakes i…

    Ja, ½ af hvert af det kærnede og det tykke (eller A-38) plejer vi osse at bruge, det er lækkert. Men ingen sukker, det går fint uden.
    Kavringer er faktisk også brugbart, det er jo bare tvebakker. :o) Min far spiste det altid med “kavringer” på (det sønderjydske ord for selvsamme).

    Jeg forstår at det er nesten det samme som vi i Norge kaller surmelk og kavring.
    Men med litt mere smaker.
