Så er de første tre slags i hus, eller rettere dåse, orange-rosmarin-kager, spicy cookies og nogle honningsnitter med abrikoser.

Vi har prøvesmagt, uhm, sådan en nybagt sag er nu lækker, og specielt de to første slags skal nok hurtigt få ben at gå på.

Honningstykkerne er jeg ikke specielt tilfreds med, de er simpelthen ikke søde nok, de råber nærmest på smør og en klat appelsinmarmelade.

Jeg har forsøgt at give en anelse mere smag ved at pensle med lidt smeltet orangechokolade – med knas- men det er ikke helt nok, der mangler stadig noget.

Så nu står den på en ordentlig klat hvid glasur, rørt med æggehvide, og med sådan en på toppen, så skal honningkagerne nu også nok glide ned…

    Uh det ser godt ud du har da været flittig,sjovt som vi er vilde med småkager ved juletid. Jeg bager også lidt men småkager kun ved juletid ikke resten af året.

    Anne, jeg er imponeret!;o) Mon det er et lævn fra din sønderjyske barndom? – Selv efter mere end 15 år her på egnen, er det mig stadig en gåde, hvorfor der skal laves mindst syv forskellige slags småkager til jul….?! ;o) Jeg er glad, når vi har fået lavet et par stykker og lidt konfekt. Men “orange-rosmarin” lyder nu rigtig fristende….. Findes der mon en tilgængelig opskrift?
