Brombærtærte…

Vi bliver vist nødt til at ha’ lidt at styrke os på, når vi skal følge slagets gang i aften, en lun tærte med brombær og æbler under sprødt låg skal forsøde ventetiden og måske også trøste os lidt.

Vi har ikke nogle traditioner omkring valg-mad, hverken flæsk eller rejemadder, men en bette kage, det kan man vel altid klemme ned…
Brombærrene kom svigermor med i går, og da jeg vidste, at der lå en klump tærtedej i fryseren, ja så lå denne kage vel lige til højrebenet.

Tærtedejen er rullet ud og lagt i en springform, bunden drysset let med havregryn og derpå så rigeligt forsynet med æblebåde og store sorte brombær.

Brombær…

De fik et let sukkerdrys, bare et lille, inden låget blev lagt på.

Cruble-dejen lavede jeg af:

75 g. smør.

1 tsk. vanillekorn

Det hele blev hakket sammen, og smuldret let imellem fingrene, så det stadig var klumpet og porøst.

    Jeg kan aldrig blive træt af at beundre de farver som moder natur frembringer. Jeg elsker farven af brombær – eller friske figner – og jeg er sikker på at din tærte bliver fantastisk. Hilsner fra Ærø

    Brombær, figner, hindbær, vi kunne blive ved, Charlotte, tærten dufter også ret godt!

    Jeg er ikke sikker på, at tærten er nok til at trøste, Anne…

    Anne ikke trøste – fejre. Håbet er der endnu. Som Ida sagde da jeg hentede hende: “Rød front mor, vi går imod vores far”. Og barnet har ret, hende og jeg er den røde front her i huset og vi kæmper til den sidste dråbe. Og hvor lød det dog smukt da hun stod foran valglokalet og sagde: “Stem med hjertet, stem rødt og gør min mor glad” til alle der var på vej ind. Nå ja lige indtil en af de tilsynforordnede bad hende holde mund – og Ida svarede ham: “Holder du da med Pia?”.

    Hej Anne din kage ser helt vildt lækker ud. Kan du ikke lige sende et stykke duft ud på nettet. Kalorierne kommer helt af sig selv.
    Jeg glæder mig mest ti lat alle de grimme valgplakater er væk, så det igen bliver muligt at køre rundt ud at blive overbegloet af alle mulige og umulige politikere. Jeg har selvfølgelig stemt.

    Her hos os går bølgerne ofte MEGET højt, når der debatteres politik, jeg elsker min mand og på mange måde suppelerer vi hinanden rigtigt godt, bare ikke lige her, der er krig på kniven…

    Dorthe, den dufter så vidunderligt, og kalorierne, de er en del af det.

    Uhm, bedre end valgflæsk. God idé med fløjstrik, det havde jeg ikke lige tænkt på, men jeg ventede med at strikke på min blå trøje til valgstederne var lukket. Så kan det da ikke være det, der gjorde udslaget….
