Amanda gik glip af emneugens afslutning i dag, og det var jo en anelse kreperligt, når man nu vidste, at de to 4.klasser skulle til kaffemik hos hinanden.
Hun vidste også, hvad der ville blive serveret, for det havde hun hørt om i går, da jeg gik ned for at bage med 4 af drengene, og tanken om de lune Nutalleboller var næsten ikke til at bære, heller ikke selvom der ikke var den store appetit.

Så jeg måtte til det igen, bageriet, men det gjorde ikke noget, jeg kan li’ det!

Opskriften er hentet lige her, og for en gangs skyld har jeg arbejdet mig igennem en opskrift uden at ændre noget, altså lige bortset fra den teskefuld kardemomme jeg kom i dejen.
Ja, og så lavede jeg 16 stk. af portionen, i stedet for 12 og bagte dem nok 5-7 minutter længere, end foreskrevet, men ellers ingen ændringer…

Vi er ikke de store Nutella-spisere, men fristes alligevel ind imellem til at købe et glas; så spiser vi hver et par madder, og resten kommer til at stå og visne i køkkenskuffen.
Men tørt Nutella er såmænd udemærket til at komme inden i disse boller.

I dag var der ikke den ægte Nutella i glasset, men en chokoladecreme fra Princip, den er købt i Føtex, den er mørk og stærk på en god voksenmåde, jeg tror ikke den kommer til at lide samme skæbne, som mange andre glas af nødde- og chokoladepålæg har gjort her i huset, jeg tror faktisk, at den vil blive spist.

    Jeg har kommenteret her en gang tidligere, men den er forsvundet ud i intetheden?! eller ?? Ville bare lige sige, at jeg synes glasurens farve her er langt mere uhyggelig og bizar end din fine dukke 😉
    Hun skal bare have hår, det vil understrege hendes smukke sjæl

    Den der Princip Chokoladecreme har jeg også opdaget. Meeeeeget lækker! Har du også prøvet den mørke pålægschokolade fra Princip? Efter den kan de almindelige simpelthen ikke glide ned mere.
    Hvor er det i øvrigt sødt af dig at bage boller til hende. Glasuren minder mig om en klassens-time-kage (den med mandelessens) jeg engang lavede blå i stedet for lysegrøn – den blev meeeeeget blå…

    Jeg ved ikke hvor din kommentar er blevet af, Gitte, men tillykke med dit nye komfur, det er godt at høre, at der er gang i det.
    Glasuren er måske nok bizar, men jeg er alligevel vildt med den stærke blå!

    Britt, jeg har lige købt en pakke Princip pållelade, den er prøvesmagt på et friskt stykke valnøddebrød, det var ikk’ så ringe endda 🙂

    Laila, formene var bare for at holde lidt styr på fyldet, de runde bollers fuldendte form ligger i håndfladerne, tror jeg 🙂
