Nogle 100 meter fra vores hus, op over en lille bakke og igennem en fældet skov ligger en stor parkerings- og udsigtsplads i forbindelse med Bølling Sø.
Jeg går tit forbi, når jeg er på tur med Nugga, og glædes altid over, at så mange mennesker finder vej her ud, hvor naturen er skønnere end skøn…

Der er store bænke og borde, der er bålplads og fine toilethuse og plancher, der fortæller historien om området og genopretningen af søen.
Det er en skøn plet!

Hver gang jeg går deroppe, tænker jeg på, hvem man mon skal kontakte, for at høre om mulighederne for at åbne en café/traktørsted/udvidet ishus.
Er det skov- og naturstyrelsen? Eller amtet? Eller…

Jeg drømmer om et smukt langt sort hus med høj facade af glas, kønne danske møbler, brede planker på gulvet og store sort-hvide fotos af området.
Jeg tænker 2-3 computere med info, og ind imellem temaaftener med de arkæologer, der har været med i de mange udgravninger, der er foretaget, og stadig er i gang, ved søen.
Jeg forestiller mig en stor terrasse med møbler fra Skovshoved Møbelfabrik, store kvadratiske parasoller og grønt i zinkkasser.
Ingen plasticskilte, der reklamerer for underlødige is, og heller ingen knaldrøde, eller endnu værre blå, affaldsspande!

Der skal være smukt og harmonisk, alt skal spille sammen med den fantastiske natur, det ligger midt i…

Allermest tænker jeg dog på det, der skal serveres!

Gode hjemmebage brød med tørre spanske og italienske pølser.
Gode oste fra små mejerier.
Lette salater med og uden kød.

Gode danske øl fra de bedste bryghuse.
Kaffe, tilbredt kop for kop, aromatisk, stærk og serveret i store kopper.

Priserne skulle være fornuftige, selv ikke en kage bagt af de allerbedste råvarer behøver at koste 30.-, ikke i min butik!

    Når du nu engang får det etablissement stablet på benene, så stiller jeg gerne op til test og indkøring af arbejdsgangen med hele familien, for sulen da, hvor det bare lyder lækkert… Uagtet hvad dine drømme er lavet af, så ville jeg godt ha´ en smule af det på lager 😉

    Jeg skal lige ud og finde en penge-mand, men det ville være en drøm at åbne, og en af den slags drømmer, der tåler at gå i opfyldelse!
