Jeg har spurgt damerne fra Our Patisserie om lov til at lægge brød-opskriften op her, endnu har de ikke svaret, men jeg satser, og hvis de virkelig protesterer, så fjerner jeg den bare igen.

Salt, sukker og kardemomme røres i.
Det ene hele æg tilsættes, det andet deles i blomme og hvide, og kun blommen hældes i dejen, hviden sættes til side til senere brug.
Smør og hvedemel tilsættes, melet lidt ad gangen, og dejen æltes godt.
Det er en fed og lidt klistret gærdej, der skal arbejdes grundigt igennem!

Sæt dejen til hævning et lunt sted i 45 min.

Mens dejen hæver røres ingr. til fyldet sammen, og toppingen laves.
Her smuldres smørret i mel og sukker, som til en mørdej, brug derfor koldt smør!

Når dejen er hævet til ca. dobbelt størrelse, rulles den ud i et stort rektangel, fyldes spredes over dejen, og den rulles sammen som en roulade.
Rouladen lægges i en brødform, der er kortere end rouladen, så denne lægges i på zig-zag-vis!

Brøddet efterhæves i ca. 30 min, og pensles derefter grundigt med den sammenpiskede æggehvide, og toppingen strøes over.
Bages ved 200 gr. i 30-35 min, hold øje med at brøddet ikke bliver for mørkt, sukkeret i toppingen vil være med til at “brune” toppen lidt kraftigere end ellers!

Den blomstrede tallerken er fra vores fødselsdags-kaffe-stel, engang slæbt til huse af min loppemarkeds-afhængige mor; det er ret sødt, stellet, men bliver altså ikke luftet hver dag…

    Det er da lige præcis den, Tove, men gisp hvor er der meget smør i!
    200 gram, det er godt nok en ordentlig klat…
