En dejlig kollega fylder 50 i dag, og mit bidrag til hendes fødselsdags-buffet er brød og kager, gode sprøde durumbrød, masser af rosenmadeleines og så en ordentlig omgang brownies.

Browni’erne er blevet bagt efter en, for mig, aldrig tidligere afprøvet opskrift, den så bare nem og lækker ud, og så vil den en anden gang kunne bages af “Hvad skuffen gemte”, for opskriften er barberet for til-lejligheden-indkøbte-ingredienser, det kan jeg li’!!

Smagen er i top, en virkelig god og tæt kage med masser af smag!

Æg, sukker og vanillesukker piskes til en luftig æggesnaps, mel og kakao sigtes der i og vendes foldes forsigtigt sammen med æggemassen.

Det smeltede afkølede smør og de grofthakkede nøddekerner vendes i til sidst, og dejen bredes ud i en lille bradepande, 25 x 35 eller der omkring, foret med bagepapir.

Kagen bages ved 150 gr. i ca. 35 minutter.
Bliver bedst, hvis den står til næste dag, men det er ikke let at lade den være i fred…

    Kære Anne!
    Jeg skrev din blog op, da vi var i Vejle og nu vippede jeg lige ind, lidt træt og tænkte, nå, jeg kan jo lige se … Men sikke en overraskelse. DET er virkleig en flot og dejlig blog. Den er sat op i foretrukne.

    De der madelaines har “vi” fået opskriften på tidligere, ikk’..?! Nu må jeg vist få købt en form. Elsker brownies og durumbrød bages ofte her i huset. Ikke mindst efter at jeg i går på en tur i Emmerys betalte 40 kr. for et brød, jeg selv kunne have bagt. Det er rart at kunne betale sig til godt brød, når man ikke selv gider, men det kunne godt blive dyrt i længden!!!
