I en lille lejet båd forsynet med en støjsvag el-motor sejlede vi forleden dag Giethorn tynd; vandet i kanalerne klukkede om båden, haverne stod grønne og blomstrende, det var virkelig “idyllerisk”. Vi sad der i båden, og blev bare mere og mere stille, faldt helt til ro og kunne nærmest mærke pulsen falde, no stress no stress no stress… Jeg kunne godt forestille mig selv siddende der i en af haverne, med kaffen og bøgerne inden for rækkevidde, strikketøjet i en kurv ved mine fødder, en kat og en hund, min mand bag en avis, pensioneret og med al den tid i verden, som vi havde lyst til at spendere på at sidde der. Jeg vil gemme stemningen inden i, og når jeg så er ved at gå op i limningen og alt bare hamrer der ud a’, så vil jeg lukke øjnene, trække vejret dybt, og finde der tilbage, til stedet og roen.
Det er ærgerligt, at det ikke er lige henne om hjørnet idyllen ligger…

Det er guld værd at have et indre billede af ro, som du kan finde tilbage til i stressede situationer. Det er også hvad afspændinngsterapeuter bruger. Nu har du dit sted – pas godt på det billede og den stemning Anne 🙂
åh, det er fedt at finde sådanne steder, hvor man føler en dyb indre ro og afslapning. Sådanne oaser sætter jeg stor pris på … og nogle gange vender jeg tilbage til dem. Faktisk gør vi det hele to gange denne sommer – holder ferie nogle steder, hvor vi før har mærket denne totale fred i sindet. Kærlig hilsen Dorte

I en lille lejet båd forsynet med en støjsvag el-motor sejlede vi forleden dag Giethorn tynd; vandet i kanalerne klukkede om båden, haverne stod grønne og blomstrende, det var virkelig “idyllerisk”.
Jeg kunne godt forestille mig selv siddende der i en af haverne, med kaffen og bøgerne inden for rækkevidde, strikketøjet i en kurv ved mine fødder, en kat og en hund, min mand bag en avis, pensioneret og med al den tid i verden, som vi havde lyst til at spendere på at sidde der.
Jeg vil gemme stemningen inden i, og når jeg så er ved at gå op i limningen og alt bare hamrer der ud a’, så vil jeg lukke øjnene, trække vejret dybt, og finde der tilbage, til stedet og roen.

Jeg vil forsøge, Ella, jeg har i alle tilfælde brug for at kunne finde det en gang eller to om dagen 😉
