Jeg er egentlig glad nok, synes jeg, men kunne alligevel godt trænge til at blive lidt mindre på udvalgte steder!! Engang var jeg en pind, ikke ret meget mere end en kvist endda, men det satte et rygestop godt nok en gevaldig stopper for, så meget at jeg faktisk overvejede at begynde at ryge igen, jeg gjorde det heldigvis ikke…
Men jeg vil altså ha’ min talje tilbage, den behøver ikke at blive som den var engang, men bare en talje i det mindste! Jeg er trofast læser af Alt for Damerne, og har der læst med på Charlotte Hartvigs sider om sund og slank mad, hun er en diætist efter min smag, ikke moralsk og “sandhedshævdende”, bare fornuftig og opmærksom på behovet for også at ha’ trang til lidt af det søde liv, selv om man er ved at tabe sig.
I lørdags købte jeg hendes bog, og med den i hånden vil jeg forsøge at finde tilbage til et mere fornuftigt niveau rent vægtmæssigt, det behøver ikke at være “skrump forte”, jeg kan godt klare at være lidt for rundt i en periode endnu, og snupper bare en “skrump regulær”, for så er der plads til lidt mere spræl, og chancen for at jeg står distancen er nogle % større.
Jeg vil ikke veje mig, kender mig selv godt nok til at vide, at jeg vil hoppe op på vægten i tide og utide, jeg behøver ikke at vide, hvordan det ser ud i kilo og gram, jeg skal bare kunne se, at kroppen snævrer ind et stykke under brysterne…

Jeg kender ikke lige den omtalte dame, men det lyder da rigtigt fornuftigt. Det er også nemmere at følge en “slankekur” hvor man ikke føler sig sat under administration, men istedet bare tænker og spiser lidt fornuftigt. Jeg har oplevet så mange på Nupokure, som så i weekenden og om aftenen flipper helt ud i ædeorgier, fordi det simpelthen er “så synd for dem”. Jeg har forlængst opgivet drømmen om str 36 som før børnene, jeg synes ærligt talt også det er pænere med lidt runde kurver. Hellere rund og glad end tynd og vissen :o) Men det er nu også træls når nederdelsknappen strammer.
“Skrump dig glad” – det er en titel, jeg kan lide. Den kommer på listen! Har selv et nytårsfortsæt på -5 kg – bl.a. ved hjælp af slankeklub på arbejde og løb og fitnescenter. Men kagerne er ved at tage over. Jeg ønsker dig held og lykke. Måske ser vi en opskrift, der er særlig virksom, i ny og næ på din blog?

Jeg er egentlig glad nok, synes jeg, men kunne alligevel godt trænge til at blive lidt mindre på udvalgte steder!!
