Jeg går egentlig og jævner støv på de åbne køkkenhylder, så dette indlæg er måske en anelse oversprings-handlings-agtigt, men jeg stødte lige på kanden og varmede mig igen, for 120.gang, ved tanken om kuppet over alle kup, historien kommer lige her…

Jeg er vild med loppemarkeder, og synes faktisk selv, at jeg er ret ferm til at få top-ting til ingen penge; jeg har købt Eslau og Schollert keramik her i Jylland, og fået det solgt i Kbh. for det dobbelte, men Arne Jacobsen kanden her er alligevel det bedste køb nogensinde.

Den stod støvet og grå bagerst på en hylde i en stor genbrugshal, vi stod nogle stykker og rodede rundt på hylderne, mens vi blev overvåget af rare damer fra Blå Kors…
“Hva’ skal du ha’ for kanden der??” spurgte jeg, “Tja, hva’ skal vi sige? 85.- måske?” sagde damen med det lilla hår.
“85.-?? For den der?? Glem det, jeg vil gi’ 60.-!!”

Jeg prøvede at tale lidt dæmpet, for tænk nu, hvis nogen af dem ved siden af opdagede den, og bød det 5 dobbelte; den rare dame var heldigvis føjelig, tog kanden ned, slog et stykke avispapir om og sagde “Så 60.- da!”

Jeg bevarede pokerfjæset i det korte øjeblik det tog mig at bevæge mig 5 meter væk, og så fik jeg jordens største smil på og tog måske også et enkelt dansetrin…
“Lille skid!” lød det pludselig i mit øre, en af de andre på jagt efter guld havde set mig snuppe kanden uden at kunne nå hen og byde mere, heldigvis blev det sagt med varme og et næsten lige så stort smil, som jeg selv havde på, og jeg kunne da bare ringe, hvis jeg blev træt af den, for hun ville da godt gi’ de 85.-!!

Kanden blev vasket og poleret, og stod og var så flot der i køkkenet, ikke en bule ikke en skramme, bare helt perfekt!
Altså lige indtil vi hældte kaffe i…

Så løb der små bitte dråber ud neden under tuden, ikke mere, end det var noget vi kunne leve med, men hvorfor skulle vi det, når nu vi fik den byttet til en sprit-ny??!!
Jeg gik nemlig til byens førende isenkræmmer, de sendte den ind, og vupti, få dage senere stod der en ny og ubrugt kande til os i forretningen.
Om jeg fortalte dem, at den var købt på loppemarked…
Det husker jeg ikke ;-))
Om jeg var glad og tilfreds…
Jeps, det er de 60.- kr. jeg har fået allermest for i hele mit liv!!

    Heheheh, genial historie. Har selv sådanne små guldting, jeg varmer mig ved tanken om prisen på…og folk bliver SÅ imponerede, når de hører sådan nogle historier, især dem, der ikke værdiger loppemarkeder et blik eller en tanke.
    Jeg er især vild med den lille afslutning med isenkræmmeren. *hehehehe*

    Du er vist en værre en, hva?!!

    Jeg elsker også at finde gode ting, især når vi er i Jylland. Købte på et tidspunkt 10 tallerkener til 3 kr stk og solgte dem til 30 kr stk på QXL 🙂
    Og lige nu står pastasaucen og varmes i en 3 liters Eva Trio gryde som jeg gav 30 kr for!

    Du kunne jo fortælle om en gang, hvor du har været super ærlig…så kan det være jeg ændre mening 🙂 Og hvad ville du forresten ha’ sagt, hvis de havde spurgt efter en bon?

    Ikke noget problem, Sofie, jeg er altid super ærlig, når jeg skriver her; ud over det, så vil jeg da gerne fremhæve en gang, hvor jeg betalte med en 50’er i en pølsevogn, men fik tilbage som havde det været en 500-mand, det gjorde jeg opmærksom på uden at tøve et nano-sekund, det er da ærligt!!
    M.h.t. bon, havde de spurgt, ville jeg ha’ svaret, ærligt, at sådan en havde jeg ikke, for kanden var gammel, men at der vel var livsvarig garanti på Steltons ellers meget gode, og dyre, varer, jeg er 99% sikker på, at det havde virket!!
    Håer du har genvundet tilliden til mig ;-))
