Amanda og jeg har klippet, klistret og syet på livet løs, og lige om et ganske lille øjeblik, så er invitationerne til konfirmationen klar.

I sidste øjeblik vil nogen måske mene, men sådan er det ind imellem her i livet, og langt de fleste af gæsterne har faktisk for længst sagt, at de selvfølgelig regner med at troppe op her for at fejre vores mindste.

Konfirmationen begynder at fylde mere og mere i vores hoveder, men stadig er der uendelig langt til de “bridezilla”-agtige tilstande, som opstår i nogle familier omkring fester som denne.

Vi tager det ovenfra og ned, det virker bedst for os og vi ender altid op med at få de skønneste fester, hvor alle kan trække vejret frit og afslappet, fordi der ikke forventes andet af dem og os.

Om lidt tager vi ud i den snelyse verden og ser om vi kan finde lidt tøj, et par hvide jeans og noget ditto sneaker, det er såmænd nok til at finde.

Og vi får heldigvis meget personlig betjening i lige præcis den butik, hvor mine piger allerhelst handler, så der smutter vi ind.

Og mens vi tumler rundt der mellem seje klude, ja der kan jeg så måske gå og arbejde lidt med det smil, som jeg ubetinget får, når jeg tænker på Amandas ønsker til desserten til hendes fest.

    Jeg bifalder Amandas dessert ønsker. Da mine forældre for over 60 år siden blev gift, fik de også Ris a la mande til dessert, selvom det vakte nogen undren. De blev viet først i oktober, men min mormor sagde: Hun skal have Ris a la mande til sit bryllup, for det er det bedste hun ved”. Men islagkage er nu heller ikke at foragte:-) Fortsat alt godt med forberedelserne.

    Smukke invitationer, fine farver og en god idé med tur til byens afslappede butik – og så er den unge dames dessertvalg lige i øjet, syn’s jeg! Ligesom hende 🙂

    De indbydelser er for fede!! Jeg printer dem ind i min hukommelse, måske husker jeg det om en 4 år, når jeg selv skal i gang…..

    Flotte invitationer I har fået kreeret – jeg har faktisk en ide om sådanne stjerne der skal hænge i stuen. Frem med saks og klister 😉

    Jeg brugte nu heller ikke energi på at overtale hende til noget andet, Charlotte, jeg elsker nemlig også Ris A La Mande 😉

    Hun er skøn, Liselotte, og jeg ved at hun har inviteret ganske særlige gæster med til at nyde desserten 🙂

    Vi er også godt tilfreds, Lene, og det var hyggeligt at sidde sammen og klippe og sy.
    Men måske blæse vindene helt anderledes på klippe-klistre-feltet, når det bliver din tur…

    Det er en herlig proces, Anne, og vi er friske ud i øvelserne, havde dem jo også sidste forår…
