Konfekt...

Æblekanelmuffins...

Selv om julen forlængst er omme og pynten lagt i kasser og sat af vejen, ja så har vi alligevel lidt, der stadig spøger her.

De mange konfektmundfulde, der skulle ha’ været guffet i december og især i juledagene, har stået på køl, ja vel nærmest frost, ude i skuret og vi har flere gange mindet hinanden om, at der jo stod gode sager derude i kulden.

Men mere er det ikke blevet til, de er blevet stående, fordi vi så igen har glemt dem eller har haft maverne fyldt af noget mere fornuftigt ernæring.

Lige indtil idag!

Nu er kasserne hevet indendøre og de første mange stykker konfekt er forsvundet ned i maverne på de, der trængte til den slags…

Desværre kom vi først i tanke om kasserne, da der var sat andet sødt i ovnen.

Måske er “Desværre” bare min oplevelse og fortolkning, nogen havde så rigeligt plads til både kage og konfekt, det skulle i alle tilfælde ikke bare stå der og pynte på fadene, når jeg nu havde været i gang.

Vi gemmer al videre konfekt-snak og skriveri til vi igen rammer december, men det betyder ikke, at der ikke lige kan komme en lille opskrift på en sød og knasende muffin.

Det er jo søndag ikk’ og så kan der vel godt nydes kager efter aftensmaden.

    Uhm, de ser da alt for lækre smækre ud de muffins, og ja det er vel søndag så man har vel lov. Jeg smutter lige ud i køkkenet og kigger efter æbler, kanel……….

    What??????? Hvordan kan man bare glemme konfekt??? Jeg har været naiv og levet i uvidenhed – jeg troede simpelthen ikke det var muligt at glemme, at man havde søde sager på matriklen! Og se nu, der er de muffins igen….Jeg vil fluks følge Birthe og også drage ud i køkkenet…

    Det kunne man åbenbart godt, M, jeg ville også ha’ forsvoret det!
    Nu står kasserne på det kolde gulv i viktualierummet og mon ikke de en dag er tomme…

    Desværre har det været lidt svært at glemme det siden i søndags, da det blev hevet indenfor, Charlotte, det kalder på mig…

    Arj, Ulla, ikke rigtigt sørgeligt vel…

    Der er stadig en del, Estermarie, vi må snart dele det ud til vores kolleger…
