Bryllupskage…

Så er min del af bryllupshurlumhej’et klaret, kagen står stor og flot oppe i et svalt baglokale, og nu er der bare tilbage at håbe, at de er glade og tilfredse med smag og udformning.

Der kommer ikke billeder af kagen, i må stole på mit ord om lækkerhed og skue, det var umuligt at fotografere smukt i den neonrørsbelysning!

Jeg suser videre til en anden kage, men denne gang bagt af en anden, en fødselsdag venter på den anden side af gaden, det er i sandhed en lørdag i det festlige hjørne…

    Hold op Anne! Ja jeg bøjer mig i støvet over din formåen ! Ok – du er 10 år yngre end jeg ,men jeg er rigtig glad for at bage og lave mad og gør det også gerne til andre/fester, men en bryllupskage til 100!!!! Respekt!!!

    Det fyld du har i lyder virkelig som en stor smagsoplevelse, jeg ville gerne nuppe et stykke

    Jeg er vildt imponeret. Det er en kæmpeopgave at kaste sig over – Du kan være stolt af dig selv – at kunne alle de ting, du kan.
    Lige præcis de ingredienser lyder rigtig lækre sammen – man sidder jo her og bliver helt lækkersulten uhhmmm.

    Du skal overhovedet ikke bøje dig, Irene, der er også masser af ting, som jeg ikke kan.
    Lappe cykel for eksempel 😉

    Det var en pænt stort stykke arbejde, Ulla, men dejligt! Der er noget helt særligt ved at kunne glæde et brudepar, og især et af den slags som gårsdagens, nede på jorden og afslappede, ingen stress og hysteri, se det var skønt 🙂

    Fyldet blev rigtigt godt, super balance mellem de forskellige smagsoplevelser, det kan jeg li’!

    Jeg spiste lidt af de “huller”, der var blevet skåret ud, så stativet kunne sætte på, det var godt at stille en lækkersult med…

    Uhm, det ser lækkert ud. Man får helt lyst til at gifte sig!

    Det ser ud som om du har pyntet kagen med det, vi her i huset kalder “kyskagedej”(marengs)? Eller er det noget andet du har brugt?

    Det er marengs, Pollyanna, i et tyndt tyndt lag, så det ikke bliver for kvalmende, og så selvfølgelig lavet af past. hvider, så der ikke er fare for forgiftninger…

    syns nemlig det ser lidt mere friskt ud, end det der evige sugarpaste krafthælvede indhylning. . og sååå, ja – det kunne sku da være jeg sku lave det til veninden – hun er jo billedkunstner og har allerede fundet den der tyrkise smølf, som skal være topfigur!! ehh ja! så måske marengs giver et mere stofligt udseende – end sugaaarpaste ;0)
