Vita og wrappet…

Lige så meget, som jeg elsker at lave mad, lige så lidt elsker jeg, når jeg skal til at svøbe fade og skåle i film, det er ikke sådan ret sjovt.

Jeg er ellers ikke så dårlig til det, flere år i store køkkener med masser af mad på køl har lært mig et trick eller to, og jeg er ikke en, der ender med at filmen krøller eller svøber sig om mine arme i stedet for fadet, men alligevel så er det sgi dødens pølse, når der er masser af ting at filme og kun en husmoder-rulle at gøre det med.

Nej tak, stik mig en rulle på en halv meters penge i bredden, et skarpt stativ på væggen og så skal jeg dælen dulme svøbe både det ene og det andet i Vita Wrappen.

Jeg fik dog klaret alle fade og skåle, der skulle fragtes til dagens dåbsbarn, fik båret det både ind og ud af bilen uden at filmen lettede og forsvandt, nu er det hele afleveret og venter på, at gæsterne skal gå ombord i frokosten, og det er heldigvis ikke min opgave at filme, når sagerne skal ryddes af bordet igen…

    Yummi!! Tennene løper i vann!!!! Det kommer så mye fantastiske lekre fristelser fra det Anne’ske kjøkken!! Heldige dåpsgjester idag også :))

    Den der forbaskete plastfolie, den heter til overmål Glad-pack her i Norge….. Burde kanskje døpes om ;))))

    Jeg synes, det værste er det, der skulle forestille en skærekant på pakken – den kan hverken skære bu eller bø, og man kan nemt rykke filmen i stykker eller krølle den sammen i et fortvivlet forsøg på at skære den over.
    Men nej, hvor ser maden bare lækker ud! Du har virkelig været aktiv i denne weekend – jeg tror da lige, jeg skriver til dig, næste gang vi skal holde fest ;o)

    Ja, det kan godt være film er træls, men dit mad ser bare knaldhamrende godt ud. Mums bliver helt lækkersulten 🙂

    Glad-pack er godt nok noget af en overdrivelse 🙂
    Det må døbes om, så absolut…

    FIlm er bare noget møg, Annette, men jeg bruger det troligt i madpakkerne og i køleskabet, staniol er no-go her hos os.
    Og ja, jeg har været på benene meget af denne weekend, og nu trænger jeg i den grad til at slappe af 🙂

    Du behøver såmænd ikke at ha’ ondt af mig, Liselotte, jeg køber mig snart en mandlig filmafrivnings-slave 😉

    Ih hvor laver du meget lækkert mad. Det ser bare kanongodt ud altsammen. Kunne du ikke lægge en opskrift ved engang imellem?

    Det synes jeg nu da også, at jeg gør, Fru Larsen, men det er i virkeligheden nok mest på bagværk 😉

    Jeg har enkelte gange beskrevet, hvordan jeg laver en ret eller hvad jeg kommer i en salat, men opskrifter som sådan er det ikke, for jeg laver ikke mad efter skrevne opskrifter, men på fornemmelse.

    Det tager tid at skrive opskrifter, og den tid vil jeg hellere bruge på at lave mad eller strikke 🙂
    Men jeg skal huske, at du har spurgt, så måske en dag…

    … ja det er usselt at stå og fedte med den almene filmrulle – det meget bedre med foliedispener/45 cm savklinge. . og 300 meter film – som man kan fornøje sig med ;0)

    men træls det er – at filme . .

    Tusind tak for gaven til lille Noah og for den fantastiske mad. Jeg var så stolt da jeg kunne sige værs´go til gæsterne og din mad blev rost til skyerne. Så du var helt sikkert med til at vi bare havde en fantastisk dag.
    Håber jeg kan gøre gengæld en dag, nok helst med et eller andet der ikke har med kogekunst at gøre 🙂

    Måske skulle jeg ønske mig sådan en svend, Pedrsn, og så kunne jeg mindes de gode gamle kokkedage, når jeg skulle filme.
    Det er træls ja, men endnu mere træls, hvis den der rulle med 300 m. har fået et lille gok i siden, så det hele tiden ruller af i strimler, så snakker vi altså stor-træls…

    Det var så lidt, Line, du ved, at jeg elsker at få lov at lege i køkkenet!
    Og hvem ved, måske kan du bage en rystekage til mig, når jeg en dag er gammel og træt 😉
