LAKRIDSKONFEKT...

Når det udvalgte fredagsslik består af Spaghetti Carbonara, så må der sundheds-slik til om lørdagen.
Man kunne selvfølgelig også helt springe den slags sødhed over, men sådan nogle regler er der heldigvis ikke her i huset, hvor det er okay at spise det man vil, når man vil og næsten også hvor man vil.

Hvis det altså bare er lavet fra bunden og af gode råvarer.
Sådan en regel har vi og den gider vi at holde…

Der kan findes rigtigt mange gode opskrifter rundt omkring på nettet, hvis man har lyst til at spise rent og alligevel sødt. Der er udgivet fine kogebøger om det og i de fleste helsekostbutikker kan man også købe lækkert slik lavet af tørret frugt og andet godt.

At kalde det sundt er nok lige på kanten, i alle tilfælde hvis man høvler kæmpe mængder ned, men hellere søde sager lavet på rene økologiske varer end en pose dutter fyldt med farvestoffer, e-numre og underlige ingredienser, som jeg ikke kender…

I går hev jeg lidt forskelligt fra skabene frem på køkkenbordet og forsøgte at fremstille nogle små konfekt-agtige bidder, som kunne minde om nogle, der blev serveret på en sommerhustur med dejlige veninder for nogle uger siden.

Nogen var et smut i Aalborg, mens vi andre travede stranden ved Blokhus tynd, og med sig hjem havde de en æske med raw lakridsbidder. At der var dadler og lakrids i, det er helt sikkert, og nok også kokos.
Resten huskede de ikke og der var heller ikke den store tid til at fin-smage, for i løbet af få øjeblikke var de fortæret og jeg sad tilbage med en opgave, der lød “En opskrift på nogen mage til”…

Helt mage til er den ikke, denne her er min og der er bl.a. chia frø i og også lidt citron og det var der ikke de dem, der forsvandt som dug for solen.
Men jeg tør næsten godt at sige, at disse her er mindst lige så godt.
Og de er hurtigt lavet.
Og de kan holde sig i køleskabet en uges tid.
Og ingredienserne kan bruges til mange andre gode ting i køkkenet.
Og det meste købes i et større supermarked.

Billigt? Nej! Godt? JA!!
Og en enkelt eller to om dagen kunne faktisk godt være sundt, for både mandler, chia, kokosolie og hamp er godt for kroppen…

Der bliver ca 24 stk af denne portion:
30 dadler af den gode semi-tørrede slags
1 dl kokosmel
Revet skal af ½ citron
2 spsk chia frø
1 spsk hampmel
6 spsk kokosolie
1-2 spsk raw lakridspulver Jeg tog 2 men forestiller mig at 1 kan være rigeligt for andre.

Alle ingredienserne køres til en lind masse i en foodprocessor og presses ned i en lille form foret med bagepapir eller film.
Overfladen kan evt drysses med lidt ristede kokosflager eller lidt kokosmel.

Konfekten køles godt af og skæres derefter i små mundrette bidder.
Og nydes kolde med et saligt smil om munden…

    Hvad er gode dadler? Jeg har lyst til at lave noget i denne stil men aner ikke hvad jeg skal købe. Netto har Urtekrams i denne uge – kan de bruges?

      For mig er gode dadler nogen, der ikke er tørret til mumie-stadiet, Britta, nogen, der stadig er bløde og tykke. Dem fra Urtekram synes jeg er for tørre til lige præcis dette her, de er gode nok som topping eller i brød og kager, men vil ikke give fylde nok til dette her.
      Du kan købe lækre dadler i bazaren i Odense eller også tage en kasse i frugtafdelingen i Føtex ell lign, de vil gi’ den rette konsistens…

    Ha, jeg kan huske at du engang erklærede din kærlighed til rigtig lakridskonfekt med alle mulige farver, så jeg troede lige det var sådan et indlæg. Jeg elsker rigtig lakridskonfekt og lige nu jeg det lidt 😉 Men måske skulle jeg prøve de her i stedet for 🙂

    takker for inspirationen, fik lavet en portion look a like: svesker, kokosmel & olie, hørfrø, citronskræl og lakridspulver. Blaningen smager godt så glæder mig til den er kølet af, har ingen konfekt forme så er sat på bagepapir med en theske og på køl
