Jeg bruger enhver lejlighed til at sætte blus under min nye sorte gryde, vi får simremad i lange baner, og i dag er vi nået til en af konge-retterne, Labskovs, og for pokker hvor jeg glæder mig.

Det står og simrer derude nu, og duften af laurbærblade, peberkorn og den friske timian fylder langsomt alrummet…

Det lækreste danske kalvekød er skåret i store tern og skal putre endnu en halv times tid, før vi fylder op med kartoflerne, der skal koges så møre, at de er på vej mod opløsning.

Vi skal ha’ godt rugbrød til, bjerge af rødbeder, masser af purløg, iskolde smørtern og så en sennep, der river i næsen.

Vi skal spise til bristepunktet og så skal vi hen i sofaen og ligge, for sådan en ret er Labskovsen, omkuldslående, men det er okay på sådan en grå og halvkold onsdag i marts…

    Altså Malene og Liselotte, her er nok til jer to også, jeg har som sædvanligt lavet ALT for meget mad!
    Måske er det fordi jeg indeni føler mig som den der romerske mama, der hver dag har 20 omkring mit bord 😉
