Jeg har begået en fejl, kan jeg mærke, jeg skulle ha’ pakket bogen her ind til mig selv, sådan til-go’e-gamle-Anne-fra-julemanden-agtigt!
I stedet blev den Sophies, med kærlig hilsen fra Nugga, og nu er der ikke andet for, end at jeg må afsted og hente én til mig selv…

Jeg har godt nok de andre kogebøger Sonja Bock og Tina Scheftelowitz har lavet, og denne her er i virkeligheden bare en opsamling, Greatest hits, men der er lige nogle få nyheder, nogle gode buffet-forslag og layoutet, det er så lækkert, ja det råber nærmest på at komme her hjem og stå på hylden sammen med de andre smukke.

Salathovedernes tilgang til råvarer og kompositionerne med disse er lige i øjet, synes jeg, jeg finder masser af inspiration i deres bøger; og er man lidt sløv på grøntsagsfronten, så kan man gi’ sig selv et ordentligt los bagi med bare én enkelt af deres bøger på køkkenbordet.

Jeg får masser af mundvand, når jeg kigger på de skønne billeder, endnu mere, ja det tap-løber nærmest, når jeg læser opskrifterne, jeg får lyst til at løbe ud og flå køleskabet op, og så ellers kaste råvarer på bordet og i gryderne.
Smag lige engang på disse ord:

Spinatsalat med pære, parmaskinke og ahornsirup.

Culottesandwich med peperonata, chutneymayo og rucola.

Club espana med stegt perlehønebryst og skalotteløg med rosiner og sherry.

Citronkage med pinjekerner og lavendelflødeskum.

UUUhhhhhmmmmmmm, jeg er den der er smuttet, ud i køkkenet og se om der ikke er et eller andet, der kan bikses sammen til en himmerrigsmuldfuld…

    Ja mine tænder løber i vand. Jeg skal ned og bytte en bog kæresten fik i julegaven, mon han siger noget til jeg kommer hjem med denne i stedet?

    Han bliver da glad, Sarah, specielt hvis du lige smutter forbi Irma og henter varer til en enkelt ret eller fem 🙂

    De bøger er forrygende og huserer også her i huset. Ind til videre har jeg holdt mig i skindet og ikke købt “opsamlingen”. Der står lige et par andre kogebøger i første række på ønskesedlen. Ikke at jeg mangler…..

    Jeg gav den bog til min søster. Jeg har alle de andre og jeg ÆLSKER dem alle sammen. De er fantastiske og ikke til at undvære. Den første er specielt god synes jeg, den vender jeg altid tilbage til. Suverænt god.
