Køleskabene gemte ikke de store kulinariske lækkerier, der var selvfølgelig lidt kold steg, nogle kyllingebryster og noget solbær-sennep, lidt grønt nederst i skuffen, der kunne sikkert være blevet en lækker sandwich af det, hvis jeg havde haft lyst til at bage nogle flutes eller noget Naan, det havde jeg så ikke!
Men en lille kage, det er altid okay med mig, så nu står der en samling små brunsvigere og efterhæver, lavet af ganske almindelig gærdej tilsat lidt revet appelsinskal og en ordentligt drys kardemomme.
Halvdelen toppet med den traditionelle blanding af smør og puddersukker, den anden halvdel drysset med hakkede mandler og paranødder og så en skefuld blåbærsirup henover.Om 10 minutter er de klar til ovnen, og de skal ikke bage længere tid, end det tager mig at lave 2 store Latte og blande et glas koldt hylde til pigerne.

    Ha-ha, jeg er glad for, at der er andre, der holder samme usunde stil som os i disse dag. Dog VIL jeg have kyllingsuppe i aften med skovlfulde af rodfrugter. Jeg må ud og jagte en bornholmer-hane! Du aner ikke, hvor jeg har glæder og frydet mig over min juleremse. Min søster var grøn af misundelse! Nyd ferien, Anne.

    Usunde dage kalder også på gode solide retter med fornuftigt indhold, jeg er også nået dertil, men brunsvigerne måtte lige til!
    Jeg er så glad for, at juleremsen fandt et godt sted at bo, på samme måde som den lille lilla fugl 🙂

    Det ser godt lækkert ud med de små brunsvigere, hmmm. De suveræne succeser kunne jeg skam også godt bruge. Jeg faktisk kun den første…

    uhmmmm hvor de lyder lækre, håber de smagte? Nu orker jeg ikke usunde retter mere, jeg er efter i dag mæt af mad der fylder, nu vil jeg ha’ salat og grønsager i overflod, og løbeskoene skal hvis til at bruges igen. Men hvor er det dejligt at gøre det ordentligt når man gør det.

    Anne, i går hyggede jeg mig gevaldigt med lidt kogebogs-læsning inden sengetid. Igen faldt jeg over “dine” brunsvigere i en af de “stribede”. Hvor kan man købe de lidt større muffinsforme…..?! Jeg har kun de høje hvide, som jeg sværmer mest for. Det er en dejlig dag i dag, igen i dag….. Godt nytår!

    Jeg bruger også altid de høje hvide, det er de absolut bedste til salg i “almindelige” butikker!
    Dem jeg brugte til brunsvigerne, det er nogle af de almindelige flade, bare fine fordi de var guld og sølv, jeg proppede dem ned i en silikone-form før bagning, så de kunne holde faconen 🙂
    Og ja, det er en dejlig dag, dem har vi mange af lige for tiden!
