Jeg ville været et skarn, hvis jeg ikke nød udevejret ude, så inde må passe sig selv, mens jeg passer have og terrasse.

Solen og alt det lysegrønne lokker, haven trimmes bed for bed og snart står det hele skarpt og friskt og klar til en ny sæson.

 

Jeg ligger på knæ med rumpetten i vejret imellem stauder og buksbom, og kan nærmest ikke rejse mig derfra, jeg ømmer mig, når jeg kommer for tæt på rosernes torne, jeg bander fælt, mens jeg forsøger at aflive det lede senegræs, der har sneget sig ind i det store hvide bed, det er fast og slidsomt arbejde, men jeg elsker det…

 

Pauserne i arbejdet elsker jeg også, en kop havekaffe med et drys af sand og jord, et friskt æble og måske et lille stykke knæk med ost, et par sider i en bog eller et par pinde på et lille stykke strik.

 

Hvis jeg er heldig er der måske en af de andre i husstanden, der forbarmer sig over mig og kommer ud og holder mig med selskab, måske.

Men på den anden side, så er det nu også meget godt at nyde pausen i eget selskab.

Med sol, kaffe og fuglefløjt som underlægningsmusik…

    Mmmm hvor lyder det lækkert. Jeg selv har pt kun altan – men der kan man også få tiden til at gå med hovedet langt nede i de mange krukker. God påske til dig
