Der er nogle ting, som jeg har besluttet mig for at få styr på i mit 46. år, bare sådan for min egen skyld og lyst.

I dag er der 364 dage tilbage at gøre det i, jeg har tid nok at ta’ af.

For det er ikke store og livsomvæltende projekter, jeg skal ikke rejse ud eller væk, jeg skal ikke finde radikalt anderledes veje i hverdagslivet eller prøve kræfter med nye arbejdsområder.

Jeg skal bare lidt, nogle småting, som jeg længe har haft lyst til at få ind i mit liv, bare fordi…

Jeg vil lære at meditere.

Jeg vil lære at tale italiensk.

Jeg vil løbe et kortere motionsløb i flok.

Og ganske sikkert også mere og andet, som ikke er formuleret eller smagt færdigt i min egen mund.

Noget af det vil jeg gøre alene, uden hjælp, andet vil jeg gerne ha’ lidt støtte til af én, der ved hvordan man gør…

Jeg tyvstartede med meditationen i min sidste uge som 45-årig, et kortere kursus for begyndere gik i gang,  jeg er med og storklar til anden omgang af fem i aften.
