Skidttilpashed, snot og feber kommer vel egentligt aldrig belejligt.

Men nogen tider passer altså dårligere end andre.

Denne her omgang, som jeg har slæbt med mig hjem, passer rent faktisk bare overhovedet ikke!

Det går simpelthen ikke!!

I morgen skal jeg sidder klar hos Servicestyrelsen i Odense og være skarp til at modtage 3 dages intensiv undervisning i PMTO gruppeforløb, underviserne er fløjet ind fra USA og Island og er mere end friske på at give os den booster, der skal til, inden vi kan kaste os ud i det nye tiltag.

12 PMTO terapeuter fra Danmark er med i denne første pulje, 12 der skal sørge for, at gruppeforløbene nu også implementeres her, 12 der skal lægge sig i selen for at leve

op til den standart, der er lagt i Oregon, og som jo også gerne skulle kunne levere resultater med samme høje succesrate.

Jeg er én af de 12, så helt ærligt, jeg har ikke tid og plads til influenza, vel…

Jeg er i forvejen lettere “spooked” over dette projekt, står som den absolut mest grønne i gruppen og ved jo hvor forbandede dygtige de andre er.

Præstationsangst?

Ja, det tror jeg da nok lige –

bare en anelse!

Og det hjælper ligesom ikke på det, at kraniet er fyldt med snot og hovedet banker og værker og øjnene løber.

Det hjælper overhovedet ikke…

I aften pakker jeg kufferten og kører mod hotellet i Odense og i morgen tidlig så vågner jeg op og er FRESH –

fuldstændig klar og skarp.

Jeg gik nærmest lidt i panik, da feberen kom rullende tidligt søndag morgen, og har siden dopet mig med alt der findes på markedet af giftigt stads mod den slags og har såmænd kørt alle husråd igennem fra ende til anden samtidig med.

      Det er faktisk lidt stressende, Annemette, men det der med at skynde sig med at blive rask, det holder vist ikke rigtigt.
      Raskheden kommer når den er klar, men jeg satser stadig 🙂

    Jeg døjer lidt med det samme, da vi har forældresamtaler i morgen som jeg SKAL være med til, og har nu ondt i øret på 5. dage – og så er det ovenikøbet min fødselsdag – piv!!!
    God bedring til os begge, jeg håber det bliver et spændende kursus (kender i øvrigt en anden Anne her fra Århus, der også er PMTO-terapeut, gad vide om hun også skal til det der kursus?).

      Den anden Anne skal ikke med i denne omgang, det er kun 3 kommuner og Århus er ikke én af dem.
      Men måske skal hun med på lørdag, når der er workshop?

    Kogt vand i et stort glas, saften af en presset citron og så sukker i til den er lige præcis drikkelig, – og så drikker du det ligeså varmt som du overhovedet kan holde det ud, og gerne lidt hurtigt. Det er mit allerbedste forkølelses-råd – og så god bedring 😉
