Jeg er også begejstret for lyset og ikke mindst tørvejret; meget hellere kulde og lys fremfor kulde, mørke og regn. Så jeg nyder også fortsat det herlige hvide vejr.
Ja, jeg har jo også sukket vældig meget efter frost og sne, så decideret klage over det kommer jeg heller aldrig til.
Meeeen når man nu ser billedet af de lækre okseruller og læser din indledning på opskriften, så skulle man da være et kvaj for ikke at længes bare en anelse efter varme, sol og brune ben. :))

Jeg kan næsten dufte det gennem skærmen. Hold op, det er lige, hvad der skal på menuen herhjemme i morgen. Tak fordi du altid kaster inspirationsstøv udover hele webland og deler rasende lækre retter med os andre.
Hej Anne, saa opskriften i gaar ,havde alle ingredienser i huset undtagen Feta Cheese, saa jeg brugte Ricotta Cheese og Parmesan i stedet for , dryssede resten af den kogte Bulgur paa toppen af rullen inden den kom i ovnen, Det smagte fantastisk!! Tak for inspirationen!!
