Både iste og -kaffe læsker godt i disse hede dage, hvor der er brug for masser af væske.

Der er grænser for, hvor mange glas koldt vand jeg gider at drikke, ind imellem må der andet til.

Isteen er lavet af letsødet velbrygget Earl Grey med jasmin, der så får lov at blive isnende koldt i køleskabet, inden det serveres med masser af is og mynteblade.

Både pigerne og jeg er vilde med det og en kandefuld rækker bare til det kvarte af eftermiddagen, så der brygges i litervis når temperaturen står på høj…

Torben er slet ikke til te, hverken på den ene eller den anden måde, i vores første tid sammen sippede han ind imellem en kop, men man gør så meget vanvittigt når man er forelsket, og efter mere end 15 år er det altså slut med at lade som om te er lækkert!

Men kaffe der imod, kaffe er sagen og det er ikke sjældent at han på vej hjem fra job ringer og spørger, om jeg da ikke også trænger skrækkeligt til en iskaffe. Og det gør jeg da så selvfølgelig!

Iskaffe findes i mange varianter, og er tiden til det, ja så brygger vi også gerne en stor kande espresso til køleskabet, men når der opstår her-og-nu-behov, så klares det også ganske udemærket med et par teskefulde af den frysetørrede.

3 tsk. neskaffe

Sukker efter ønske, jeg er sød og bruger 2 tsk

3 dl. øko-mini

Alt hældes i blenderen og gives et ordenligt drøn, hældes i koldt glas med masser af isterningen.

    Uhm… Iskaffe 🙂 Jeg købte en rigtig frappeskummer da vi var på Kreta og den er fantastisk… Nu mangler jeg bare at huske at få lavet isterninger, poserne er lagt frem hjemme – så mon ikke der sker noget senere 😉
