Uhmmmm, sønderjysk kål af den hvide slags, hjemme fra Haderslev, det er det rene hjemegns-barndoms-trip!

Jeg havde faktisk en kammerat, der hed Mads, som boede lige i nærheden af den lille kålfabrik; der lugtede altså ikke altid af violer der i nabolaget.

Om lidt vil jeg sætte tænderne i en sprød jule-delle og så ta’ en ordentlig skudefuld kål dertil, uuhhmmmmm…

    Uhm ja – ingen jul uden gammeldaws hvidkål – sammen med Vollsteds gode medister er det bare en himmerrigsmundfuld.

    Jeg elsker kål -hvid, grøn, spids, rosen – you name it… sådan en sommerdag med stuvet spidskål og frikadeller… sol på kinderne og sorte tæer… nu varer det ikke længe så bliver dagene længere igen. Hilsner fra Ærø

    Ja, gæt hvad vi spiste forleden…?! Jeg er glad for at være gift med en sønderjyde, så jeg lærte den sønderjyske udgave af kål at kende! Himmerigsmundfulde! Jeg er lidt i tvivl, om du har modtaget en mail fra mig….?!

    åh ja, den sønderjyske kål, den er ikke til at komme udenom. Min gamle bedstemor på 85 plejer at lave den selv og ha’ den med i kufferten, når hun ankommer den 22. december, sådan er det vist også i år. Hvis ikke så har jeg en pakke af samme slags som din i fryseren…

    Jeg bliver helt lækker sulten og selv om jeg aldrig har smagt sønderjysk kål, men lækkert ser det ud 🙂

    Lone, vi måtte undvære medisteren, men mine dunser med lidt allehånde og muskat i, det var nu heller ikke ringe.

    Uhhhh som det smagte godt, jeg spiste mig næsten en mavepine til 😉
    Dog var det ligesom at kålen havde en sødere smag end vanligt, jeg købte den fersk i en lille pose, og den smagte i alle tilfælde ikke som den lille pakke fra frost, som vi plejer at fortære.
    Posen er røget ud, og jeg kan ikke komme til at se, om der er nogle bemærkninger om det, jeg må kigge næste gang, at jeg støder på noget…
