    Ja, det er længe siden, at jeg har lavet hindbærmuffins med hvid chokolade! Sidste portion muffins blev dine lækre chokolade muffins. Er det ikke lidt synd med glasuren……?! Heldigvis er vi jo forskellige, men jeg synes, at “smagen” drukner i glasur. Din “hindbærmand” er vidunderskøn!

    Glasur er ikke noget jeg ret tit putter på muffins, men jeg måtte bare bruge noget af den indkogte hindbærsaft; den var så lækker, mørk og intens kogt med mørk moscovado…

    – Når man nu ikke behøver at være “doctor” for at være med, er det jo bare med at komme ud af starthullet !!! ;o)
    Så fine dine striber er blevet, – rigtig god ide! :o) – Og dine muffins skal vist prøves i morgen, da både chokloade og bær er på lager…..

    Jeg gi’r dig ret i, at glasuren bestemt gør noget for øjet! I det her tilfælde sikkert også for ganen. Hvem der bare ejede de skønne hindbær-mennesker. De vidunder-skønne figurer er lidt svære at finde på mine kanter. Nyder du ferien? Jeg har fundet bomuldsgarn til et tørklæde – måske. Det er modsat dit nemlige sort/hvid med pink/rosa. Så måske man bare skulle gå i gang…. Hov det er jo Build-a-Bear-dag, ikk’?

    Mette, så kommer vi næsten til at ligne hinanden, jeg satser også på de farver til næste omgang, måske med lidt brunt i.
    Og jo, det var i dag det var bamse-da…
    Er der ikke en Bahne i nærheden af dig, der kan muffin-mændene købes 😉

    Er nu den lykkelige ejer af en hindbærmand! Var desværre fornuftig og købte kun én… Til gengæld fandt jeg de sødeste muffin-lysestager, som jeg nok ikke kan finde lyse til, når de andre er brændt ned…..
