6100 Haderslev...Weekend hjemme i Haderslev.

For det er stadigvæk hjemme selv om jeg ikke har boet der i mere end 30 år.

Landskabet, de gamle byhuse, Dammen midt i byen og det varme Møjn giver mig smil på hjertet og ro inden i.

Mon ikke de fleste af os har det sådan med vores barndoms gader? Minderne og måske nostalgiens udglattende mildhed får det hele til at fremstå trygt og godt for mig og alt det, som kunne være tungt og besværligt omkring tidligere tider, lader jeg ligge og passe sig selv.

 

Jeg har ikke lavet andet end at være, bare være, hænge ud og slappe af. Gået en bytur, spist fedtkager og drukket kaffe, besøgt en kær gammel veninde og siddet hendes sofa flad med strikketøjet i hænderne, givet en hånd med kalendergaveindpakning og snakket om alt mellem himmel og jord i både den lette og lidt mere alvorlige afdeling.

Jeg har kigget julerier hos Have med stil, hvor der altid er dejlig inspiration at tage med sig, det er uden overdrivelse den bedste planteskole, jeg kender, deres stil er så gennemført og helt igennem dejlig og jeg er egentlig glad for, at den ikke ligger i min baghave, for det havde været den direkte vej til ruin…

 

Lørdag aften var der middag og kaffe med min Moster Karin, som bor i det fineste lille byhus med toppede brosten foran og bare et stenkast fra Damparken. En lille håndfuld timer i hendes selskab kan give varme inden i til mange dage og jeg lover hver gang mig selv, at NU skal jeg blive bedre til at smutte derned, for hvorfor snyde sig selv for dejligt selskab, når det nu faktisk er indenfor så rimelig rækkevidde.

Men så er der jo det med hverdagen, som æder af den tid, som kunne bruges på den slags, og som jo også har det med at stjæle tid ind i fridagene, hvor der skal styr på alt det, som skubbes foran én, når hverdagen ræser.

Jeg prøver – virkelig for alvor – at bruge min tid på det, som gør glad og giver mening, jeg må nok bare erkende, at der faktisk ikke er så meget tid, som der burde være. Jeg må kigge lidt på, hvad det er, der stjæler af den, om der er mere, der kan barberes væk af det, som er overflødigt eller ligegyldigt, og lur mig, om der ikke stadig kunne findes noget af det, selv om jeg synes, at jeg har forsøgt at luge ud…

 

Men godt udhvilet og opladet er jeg efter en weekend i 6100 og det er vældigt passende, når jeg fra i dag faktisk er tilbage på stationen for at gøre juleklar.

Pynt, rengøring, juletræer og dørkranse. Genopvarmning, varebestilling og et overblik over de mange hundrede reservationer.

Jeg er klar, glæder mig rigtigt meget til at hænge julepynt op og pusle om de detaljer, som har været planlagt længe, jeg tror, at det bliver så fint derude, jul på den rolige og lidt nedtonede facon.

    Dejligt du har fået et pusterum, inden det går løs igen. God fornøjelse med julepyntningen og forberedelsen til ‘julerykind’et.

      Det var et hårdt tiltrængt pusterum, Madam Sand, synes faktisk slet ikke, at jeg er færdig med at puste endnu, men mon ikke, at jeg bare lige skal i gang…
