På vej...

Torsdag efter en frionsdag kan næsten føles som en mandag.
En mandag efter en hård weekend.
Nedtur!

Men efter torsdag kommer fredag og så er der fri igen.
Optur!

Ikke at jeg ikke elsker mit job og holder af at komme der.
Det gør jeg! For alvor!!
Hver dag kører jeg afsted med et smil og med positive forventninger til dagens opgaver og jeg bliver aldrig skuffet.

Men lige i denne uge må det rigtigt gerne blive weekend, jeg trænger til det.
Af flere årsager men de er egentlig ret ligegyldige, for det, der tæller, er det, der venter.

Og mens jeg venter, så nyder jeg den lune aften, de sidste solstråler, fuglefløjt og grin fra naboens have, hvor de vist er gået direkte til fredag.
Jeg har kaffe og mandler, rent hvidt vasketøj på snoren, små tomater på vej og liflige dufte fra citronverbena og duftgeranier.

Der er rigtigt meget at være glad for på en aften som den i dag…

Jeg slog græs, da jeg kom fra job, sent, måske lidt for sent for dem, der var gået i gang med festen inde ved siden af.
Men jeg skulle først nyde det gode måltid i gårdhaven, som mine husfæller bød på, mad og godt selskab takker jeg ikke nej til, heller ikke selv om en plæne trænger.

Ved måltidet blev havedrømme og stakitønsker drøftet og snart skridtede vi haven af udstyret med tommestok og snusfornuft.
Jeg tænker, at vi er dem, der lige om lidt har et drivhus.
Et til deling og fyldt med masser af solmodne tomater og bjerge af basilikum.

Det ender jo med, at vi får lavet os en have, som vi ikke har lyst til at flytte fra.
En villahave midt i byen, gammel og ikke særlig velholdt, men på vej med nye roser, masser af dahlia og masser af andet, der kan plukkes til buketter og pyntes salater med.
Lavendelhæk er klaret, klatrerose ved facaden, skvalderkålen nedkæmpet for en stund og det gamle blommetræ befriet for døde grene, der kan styrte på dem, som vugger i hængekøjen…

Havelivet er godt her også selv om haven bare er til låns, mens man bor til leje.
Lige nu er den min og jeg gider den rigtigt godt.

Så sammen med verandaen og et drivhus om hjørnet, så har jeg mere uderum og af smukkere art, end jeg havde forestillet mig, da jeg sad i huset på heden og forstod, at den nærmeste fremtid ville komme til at blive levet i en lejet lejlighed i byen.

Det er vidunderligt!
Faktisk bare helt fantastisk!

Og lige om lidt er det fredag, weekend, fri og masser af muligheder for haveliv ligger åbne.
Og også en tur til planteskolen, hvor den nyindkøbte rose skal byttes til den, som jeg egentlig havde udset mig, men som i farten blev stående mens jeg tog en anden med.

For et af sommerens eksperimenter er en verandaslyngrose plantet i stor potte, så den kan skyde sine grene afsted rundt langs taget indvendigt på verandaen.
Og sådan et eksperiment har ingen chance for at lykkes, hvis slyngrosen er en buskrose.

Sidste slurk kaffe, sidste mandel og en lille skvis vand til de tørstige stiklinge på veradaen og så Go’nat til torsdag…

    Hvor lyder der bare hyggeligt hos Jer, I har efterhånden fået gjort det til en rigtig oase, tror jeg, og I forstår virkelig at få noget ud af fremtiden, tillykke med det, det er super dejligt, efter en hård tid 🙂

    Hvor kan jeg godt forstå dig! -Selv er jeg netop flyttet fra ejer-uden-udemiljø til lejer-med-gårdhave og det har løftet mit energiniveau til nye kæmpe højder! -Fordi jeg har gidet at gøre noget ved det derude! -javel ja, måske skal jeg kun bo der indtil årsskiftet, men jeg er en af dem som bare ikke fungerer hvis ikke jeg har indrettet mig i de omgivelser jeg dagligt bevæger mig i, og gør det til mit indtil da.
    Det var helt sikkert billigere at lade være, men ikke når man også måler i velværen og livskvaliteten ved at gøre det!
