Jeg ved godt, at et mavesår ikke er jordens undergang, og jeg synes faktisk ikke, at jeg er en pivskid, men dette her, det gør altså nas, gør det!

Så jeg ligger mest på sofaen under bløde lune tæpper og sipper te og småsover ind imellem al “ømningen”, jeg ser tv og læser og småsover lidt igen.

Og når jeg så står op og laver noget, lidt bare, så mærker jeg hurtigt, at det sgu ikke er helt godt det her og så daffer jeg hen på sofaen igen.

Det passer mig vældigt dårligt, vil jeg bare lige sige…

Jeg er ikke til stilleleg og inaktivitet, jeg er til hopla og aktivitet.

Og især da i december, hvor der er meget, som jeg rigtigt gerne vil nå.

Lige nu når jeg ikke andet end ingenting.

Meget lidt tilfredsstillende.

Jeg er godt og gammeldags gnaven, men vil forsøge det bedste jeg kan at holde det her på den anden side af skærmen.

      Jeg finder mig i det alt det bedste jeg har lært, Miri, bruger det meste af dagen i sofaen og ømmer mig, så det er faktisk ikke svært at lade være med at hoppe omkring.
      Kun lidt 😉

    Selvfølgelig er det da øv især her i december…..men det værste er da at du har ondt. Nej du piver ikke ret tit,men nu er der altså grund til det…piv bare højt og meget.Håber snart at smerterne slipper.

    Man må altså gerne pive, når det gør ondt. Jeg forstår godt, at det er træls,- den der tid til bare at sidde i sofaen, som man altid drømmer om, den er ikke helt så sjov, når man faktisk er syg. Men strikke kan du måske,- og så må det nydes:)

    Mavesår er måske ikke jordens undergang, men det er heller ikke ingenting. Pas på dig selv, se om du kan nyde roen, når nu den skal være der, og rigtig god bedring herfra.

    Nu kommer farmaceuten igen op i mig. Lidt erhvervsskadet er man vel 😉
    Jeg håber du får noget syreproduktions-nedsættende medicin, for det har da en vis effekt på mavesmerterne i forbindelse med sådan et mavesår? Selv har jeg også tendens til det – specielt i perioder, hvor der er lidt for mange skruer i vandet – og det er altså ikke rart (nordjydeudtrykt) med de der lammende mavesmerter.
    Jeg puster lidt her fra distancen – og håber det snart bliver bedre, så du kan få lidt mere hopla ind i dit liv.
