Jeg er kommet tidligt hjem i dag, meget tidligt, nærmest før den rigtige arbejdsdag var kommet i gang –

ikke planlagt, ikke rart, men der var ikke flere kræfter i posen.

Nu er formiddagen sovet væk og jeg har snuden oven over vandspejlet igen, mat i koderne, men dog oppe.

Jeg øver mig stadig i at økonomisere med kræfterne, meget af tiden går det godt og ind imellem falder jeg så i.

I dag faldt jeg, nærmest i frit fald.

Men skidt, jeg har fået sovet, strakt ud på den mentale bane og er klar til frokost og ferie…

Sprødt knækbrød, skarp pølse og blød avokado med urtesalt på, det er en yndlingsmad.

Til dessert gode små lækkerier og en krydret te med avis til, jeg skal hygge og nyde.

Der er ingen planer for resten af dagen, jeg har tid til bare at være, til at sidde og sumpe, det skal gøre godt.

Egentlig skulle jeg ha’ spillet golf med mine kolleger, det havde helt bestemt være herligt med motion, frisk luft og skønt selskab, men mon ikke der kommer en anden gang?!

    Det ser hyggeligt ud, nøjagtig som jeg ville tilbringe en fredag omkring frokost – måske med rug istedet for knæk dog. God bedring 🙂

      jeg skifter lidt mellem hjemmebagt rug og så et stykke knæk, Britt, jeg elsker bare sådan avokado på knækbrød, uhmmmmm…

    Ups godt du har ferie forude.
    Søvn og hjemlig ro er god medusin for overophedning.
    Der er værkstedshygge og te i stride strømme i Skæring hvis du skal luftes udenbys.
