Vores køleskab kører med overbelægning i disse dage –

Sophie og jeg har været på handel og har nu fyldt hylder i viktualierum og køleskabe med gode varer, der i løbet af i morgen skal blive til herlige retter til både store og små.

Det eneste der mangler nu er masser af grønt og så nogle flasker vino, men det klares i morgen og sikkert også med et smut omkring torvet tidligt lørdag…

Jeg glæder mig til at få taget hul på selve madlavningen, absolut yndlingsbeskæftigelse, og med lystsnakkende og handlekraftigt selskab ved komfuret, så bliver i morgen også en dejlig dag.

Der skal steges og brases og bages, der skal fyldes og nippes og vendes og jeg ved, at det kommer til at gå som en leg.

Og jeg er også ret sikker på, at der kommer lækkert føde ud af legen.

    Jeg har lige oversvømmet tastaturet med mundvand 😉
    Og er blevet inspireret til Janniks 40 års fødselsdag i juni. Jeg håber I får en rigtig god fest og at konfirmanden får et par dejlige dage. Et tidligt tillykke herfra 🙂

    Mums hvor lyder det da helt elefantastisk lækkert.
    Kan godt forstå at du glæder dig til at komme i gang i morgen. Den der særlige forventning, når råvarerne er i hus og der skal jongleres med det hele, er bare skøn.
