Dobbelt op på orange...

Alt for ofte kaster jeg mig ud i aktivitet, så snart jeg lander hjemme efter job.

Der er altid en vask at ordne, et gulv at vaske, en hund at lufte, lidt mad at lave, lidt indkøb at rydde væk, en blomst at vande, en telefonopringning at klare, et barn at kramme, et bed at luge, en skjorte at stryge, et hjørne at rydde eller en kat at fodre.

Altid er der noget at gøre og alt for ofte gør jeg det bare uden at tænke:

“Er det lige nu?”

“Er det mig, der skal?”

“Trænger jeg til at sidde?”

Jeg flintrer omkring og ordner både det ene og det andet, hovedet hænger under armen og tungen ud af halsen.

Afsted-afsted…

Men jeg øver mig på at sidde og bare lade alt det andet være.

At sidde og nyde stille minutter.

Falde til ro og lade tankerne flyve.

Det går bedre og bedre.

Især når der tages lidt forplejning med til bordet.

Dampende te og sprødt brød med knæk og ost.

Og i virkeligheden så er der jo ingen, der forventer at jeg løber omkring, ingen.

De vil meget hellere ha’ at jeg sidder, har tid til at lytte og måske endda svare på det de faktisk spurgte om.

Jeg er sikker på, at de nok skal råbe op, når jeg har siddet for længe, eller også opdager jeg det vel selv, når sulten melder sig, der er alligevel grænser for, hvor længe sådan en flad kan fylde maven…

    Sid du bare ned og nyd din knæk-med-ost. Det er så afslappende. Hvorfor er det vi nemt får udråbt os selv til servicemedarbejdere når vi vender hjem fra job. Som du skriver vil børnene hellere have en nærværende mor end et rent gulv.

    for mig handler det mere om at holde mig igang, inden gassen forlader ballonen. Derfor helst ingen sid ned klemme til mig. Sjovt som man er forskellig…

    Mange af os er opdraget til at det hedder sig at man er doven hvis man tillader sig at nyde livet lidt og tage det lidt med ro. Jeg er blevet tvunget til at lære det de sidste par år, et forhøjet blodtryk satte en stopper for jageriget. Denne jul har jeg nydt at LEVE og OPLEVE at NYDE at VÆRE.

    Uha, det lyder som en dag i mit liv 🙂 … når man er den aktive type, kræver det øvelse at sidde stille og nyde. Men skønt er det, når man tillader sig selv lidt afslapning og mundgodt! 🙂

    Vi samles altid om en skive brød og en kop kaffe/mælk når vi kommer hjem fra arbejde. Det er sådan en herlig måde at falde ned på efter en travl dag – både for børn og voksne.
    Til gengæld kan det være endog MEGET svært at komme op i omdrejninger igen bagefter ;o)
    – og der er jo altid et eller andet, der skal nås.

    Jeg nyder, Ella, men ikke ofte nok…

    Forskellighed kan være morsom at iagttage, Hanne, i det hele taget er det det unikke, der gør det hele interessant og herligt 🙂

    Solrun, det er bare så brandærgerligt, at der ofte skal ske noget alvorligt, før vi sadler om! Men godt at du er på vej…

    Sådan gjorde vi også, da børnene var yngre, Frau Putz, men nu kommer vi hjem spredt over mange timer, og nogen er gået igen når de sidste kommer, sport og andet godt kalder ude i samfundet, så der er først fælles sid-ned til aftenmåltidet…

    Nemlig, Lone, lidt lys og en ostemad er altid hyggeligt 🙂

    Lad os håbe sammen, et cetera!!
    Men vi skal være hurtige vi skal slå den refleks der hedder “Ræk ud efter kluden og vrid den op”…
