Flensborg…

Pigerne spørger hvert andet minut, næsten da, om jeg har det bedre.

De ser en anelse bekymrede ud, og selv om de er søde og godhjertede og elsker deres mor, så har jeg gennemskuet dem, for det er i virkeligheden mere bekymringerne om juleturen i morgen, end moderens helbred, der grubles over.

Og jeg forstår dem så udemærket, for den udflugt har de set frem til med glæde, en tur til Flensborgs julepyntede gader med mulighed for gode indkøb af hvad man nu måtte lyste…

Vi overtalte dem engang i efteråret til, at både de og vi skulle “ombytte” vores pakkekalender fra Torbens mor til en fælles udflugt.

Vi voksne blev et kort øjeblik ramt af en “frelsthed” og syntes, at det var for meget med alle de gaver, for pigerne får jo også adventsgaver af os, og masser af julegaver, forbrug forbrug forbrug, for meget.

Da vi fremlagde idéen om en decembertur til København, Malmø eller andet steds, kiggede pigerne noget lunkent på os, skulle de frivilligt sige nej til at få gaver for at komme på tur?!?

Men et eller andet fornuftigt må de alligevel ha’ set i det, for de behøvede kun et lille bitte øjebliks betænkningstid, de kunne (heldigvis) også godt se, at der var værdi i at opleve noget sammen.

Pyhhhhh, de momentant hellige forældre åndede lettede op, det havde været sejt at sluge den kamel, det havde været, hvis de havde sagt, at de altså satte mere pris på gaver!

Så jeg er under pres, jeg skal være frisk, ikke nødvendigvis i hopla, men oppe og klar i morgen, for afsted, det fortjener de at komme…

    Åh, dét kan jeg godt se er svært at være fraværende til! Jeg kan godt huske hvordan det var som barn, hvis udflugt man havde set voldsomt frem til var i fare…….Men jeg har næsten helt ondt af dig over den lange tur – måske kan du tage et lille hvil på vejen?

    Min far er fra Flensborg – jeg er født Stachelhaus – den by har så mange gode barndomsminder for mig. Min Farbror og Faster med familier og mine gamle Bedsteforældre bor der endnu – i og i omegnen. Men en tur til fars familie betød altid en tur i Flensborgs gader – hils stemningen og de gamle bygninger fra mig. Husk kodimagnyler eller lignende kemi – det tager det værste – og så skal stemningen nok tage resten af ubehaget. Sådan er det at være mor. God tur. Hilsner fra Ærø

    Det er da en rigtig god ide – turen kommer til at blive husket i lang tid – længe efter jul.

    Det er da et billede jeg kender 😉 Desvaerre er det ikke helt saa hyggeligt som det plejer at vaere, fordi gaagaden bliver ombygget. Men Soendertorv, er lige saa flot som paa billedet. Desuden ligger Rote Straße lige om hjoernet, og den oser af julestemning ! Rigtig god tur herned 🙂
