Død fisker…

I foråret strikkede jeg rib i ugevis, 5 ret 5 vrang, Torben skulle ha’ sig en Fiskertrøje, og en tid gik det faktisk ganske hæderligt med at komme der op ad på bullen, helt op til ærmegabene nåede jeg og fik også klaret det første ærme.

Men nu er Fiskeren død, trævlet op med hård hånd og koldt hjerte, jeg blev mere og mere lunken over det smalle look ribben gav, det var lige i overkanten slim-fit, også selvom manden min bare er en lille tynd ting…

Jeg prøver med en Cobblestone i stedet, og indtil videre ser det lovende ud. Den er pakket i den svenske strikketaske, og ved siden af den ligger bare småprojekter, der ikke kan tage alt for megen opmærksomhed.

Han fortjener sin lune sweater, ham Torben, og gav grønt lys for transformeringen fra ribbet fisker til retrillet newyorker style, og jeg prøver at overbevise mig selv om, at Cobblestone er bedre at strikke, og at min ulyst til fiskeren kun gjaldt mønsteret og ikke den urolige garnkombination.

    Jeg fik lige et traume et kort oejeblik over fiskermordet. Jeg troede lige du havde mistet besindelsen mod en af mine slaegtninge, men naar det nu bare drejer sig om en troeje, som alligevel ikke havde det i sig, goer det ikke noget 😉

    Albert fra Design-club er nu heller ikke så tosset…. det er ihvertefald 1. gang jeg ærger mig over at være “mandefri” :o) Hvis ikke vi snakkes ved inden: rigtig god tur til det svenske og nyd ferien i fulde drag. Kh Susanne

    Det var godt, at det kun varede et lille øjeblik, det traume 😉
    Jeg er egentlig et fredeligt menneske, der sjældent myrder noget andet en myg og dræbersnegle…

    Altså ham Albert, jeg tror han er en Wilfert, og han er også ganske lækker. Amanda har en på ønskesedlen, du har selv haft brunt Lucca med hjem til ham, Susanne.
    Tak for ønskerne om en god ferie, jeg tør næsten sige, at den er i hjemme 🙂
    I må også ha’ det så dejligt herhjemme, mon ikke du skal ud til en lille strikketing eller to…

    Den ser skøn ud den Cobblestone, kan godt forstå dit skift.

    Min mand sukker også efter trøje fra konens hånd, jeg har bare beordret ham med en tur på garnindkøb og så er det som om hans lyst daler lidt.

    Fed model, du der har fundet! Det er også bedre, bare at pille op, såsnart man ikke rigtig synes, det fungerer, end at strikke videre på noget, man bliver mere og mere lunken overfor….ingen grund til at spilde mere energi på det end højst nødvendigt.
    Og go’ ferie til dig og hele familien!! 🙂

    Jeg har hatt mitt øye på Cobblestone, men jeg var altfor sent ute med å kjøpe bladet. Nå er det utsolgt dessverre.

    Jeg hadde lyst til å strikke den både til min mann (i en mosegrønn-tweed farge) og til min sønn i en blå-tweed farge. Her er en blogger som har laget den til sin sønn og det syntes jeg ble riktig bra: http://a-friend-to-knit-with.blogspot.com/2007/10/first-down.html

    Okay, Susanne, jeg bøjer mig, det var også en Alfred, er den set med lange ærmer??

    Jeg bliver mere og mere vild med modellen, og efter Tone var så sød at linke til en i junior-størrelse, så ved jeg lige hvad for en trøje Amanda skal ha’ af det mørkebrune Lucca, der står her og venter på bedre tider.

    Det er da en effektiv måde at stoppe hans plageri på, Anne, så får du også bedre tid til at strikke til dig selv 😉

    Vi lukker øjnene for garnmixet, Birgitte, og sætter alle vores håb i modellen, ikk’!?

    Mon du ved, hvor jeg kan få fat i mønstret. Jeg ser jo, at bladet er udsolgt. Din trøje er meget flot.
    Læste lige til morgen om din biotur til salg.
    I dag skal jeg på Slagteriskolen til rundvisning med samme slags børn som du arbejder med, så jeg forstå godt, hvad du skriver.
