For 22 år og sådan cirka 97 minutter siden, blev Sophie født, lille og fin og så parat til livet.

Jeg har svært ved at forstå, at det er så længe siden, nu står hun her, voksen og selvstændig, stædig, rummelig, elskelig, lattermild, smuk og kærlig, og heldigvis også stadig bare så parat til livet.

Hun er en sej nyser, trækker igennem, når det kræves, knokler som et bæst, og som på billedet her, da vil hun stadig frem, skridtene er faste og målrettede, og bliver hun blæst lidt ud af kurs, så ryster hun fjerene og kommer hurtigt tilbage på rette vej.

For mig vil hun til evig tid være min lille pige, også når hun engang er 55 og halvrynket, men hun er heldigvis rigtig god til at markere overfor mig, at hun altså er stor og kan selv!

I dag har hun inviteret til middag, Mexikansk kæmpe-tjubang med alt hvad der bimler og bamler, det bliver hot og godt.

Hvis hun da ellers kommer op, for selv familiens mange godmorgen-hurra-det-er-din-fødselsdag-opringninger har ikke fået prinsessens til at plirre med øjenlågene, jeg har en fornemmelse af, at der er nattefest, der lige skal soves ud…

    Hjertelig tillykke med din store datter. Hun blev født på en dejlig solskinsdag, hvor der var varmt, rigtig varmt når man skal føde eller skal giftes 😉

    Ja, det varmt Lene, og mon jeg så ikke skal sige tillykke med bryllupsdagen til dig 🙂
    Faktisk var det 25 grader, da Sophie blev født kl.8.30 og den hede varede i mange dage/uger kun afbrudt af enkelte tordenbyger, sådan en sommer vil vi gerne ha igen!

    Jeg skal bringer jeres ønsker og hilsner videre til Sophie, det vil hun hygge sig med, og jeg siger også tak for dem, det er dejligt når andre giver sig tid til at ønske tillykke!
